Another fine restaurant gone to hell. Service & food quality have been compromised. Ive been a faithful patron of here for years. Placed (2) separate orders of seafood nachos, my friends came out with the normal portion sizes of fish, crab & shrimp. Mine came out with overcooked tortilla chips, heavily sauteed mix matched fish pieces, incl (1) shrimp & spongy textured tasting crab. Along with room temp rice. Upon bringing this to our waiters attention, he looked to my friends plate & asked her to count her shrimp. After she answered with her count of (4) his response was, he would bring out (3) more as if quantity was my only point. He completely dismissed my other points. I found his response to b sarcastic so I asked to speak with the mgr. He directed me with a head bob and said shes up there & walked away. "Up there " was at the front of the store where the hostess counter is. A person bussing the tables was close by, so I asked if she would send us the mgr The mgr introduced herself as the owners daughter and called her father to determine how to solve. The solution was to remove the seafood nachos from the bill and replace it with the cost of something else. No consideration of the time constrait of my lunch hr or that my friend felt awkward eating in front of me. Again when I pointed my concerns out ovr the decline in service & quality, the mgr asked if I would like my new order to go. Would u believe my replacement order was a sloppy mess with shriveled up rice that had been sitting under the heat lamp too long?! I later returned that same eve in hopes to relay my experience with one of the managing partners but unfortunately, she was equally passive, not interested and also said she would have to speak to the owner. One star for decor

We have come to this location several times with no problems. Today we arrived about 645 pm was promptly sat, and greeted with chips and salsa. Took the waitress about 5 min to come to the table. She got our drink order and returned about another 5 min later. Gave us our drinks and left again. We finally placed our order at 704 pm. We did not receive our order until 735 pm, with my husband receiving his food at 740pm. When the server brought our food, I had asked for a water for my son and another beer for my husband, WE NEVER GOT EITHER. I then asked for a manager, and a WAITER came over. I explained what happened, and he said the kitchen was busy. He offered to comp my guacamole dip. YIPPEE! I have worked in Restaurants for over 30 years and NO matter how busy you are, the food should NEVER take 40 min. We saw the waitress 3x. When she took our order, when she brought our food, and when she brought our check. She never checked to see if our meal was ok or not. The only reason I gave this 2 stars was because the food was good. But horrible service.

Unfortunately, we just had another very poor experience. It took 30 minutes before our order was taken. Meanwhile, a customer at the table next to ours found a feather in their food. When we received our food, the dish my daughter ordered - which was to have been shrimp enchiladas stuffed with onions, peppers and tomatoes - was stuffed with carrots, broccoli and cauliflower and contained only two shrimp. When we brought it to the attention of the waiter, he said the menu had changed. They did take the enchilada dish off the check, but the food quality and the service, generally, have gone downhill. We will not be returning.

Let me start by saying I have LOVED this restaurants food and was so happy they opened. I was there on Saturday and to my dismay, I watched a waiter blow his nose on a napkin, ball it up and as he walked to the back wipe a table off with the same napkin he blew his nose on. He walked back up front wiping his hands on the dishrag in his back pocket used to wipe tables. This was so disgusting to see. Management/Owners I BEG you to do more health and safety training with your staff. He was so comfortable doing it that it makes you think this isnt the first time. DELICIOUS food, one bad waiter.

The best Texas Chimichanga in Indianapolis, only one other Mexican food place even comes close to rivaling. They have some delicious options, though not so much if youre vegan. They have lunch specials with good prices and appetizers to satisfy a group, though dont go for the smaller. Thats how you lose money. The alcohol selection is standard for a restaurant with about a dozen total choices between beers and margaritas. Good sized drinks for a decent price. Ive never had bad service here, and the people are always friendly though busy.

Food and service was great right up untill the waitress wanted to go home. Right after she dropped our food off she asked if she could leave the ticket which is ok. Then five min later she comes back and asked if we were ready to pay...we just started eating. Then 2 or 3 min after she asked again saying I cant leave till you pay. We paid but no tip for you and I have been asked in the past to take some of my tip back cause it was more than the bill.

We had good service, but sub-par food. We eat there about once a week, and, usually order the same thing. She gets a shrimp cocktail, and I get a shrimp taco salad. Tonight, the shrimp cocktail was awful. Puny shrimp, no seasoning. The waiter said we needed to tell the person at the checkout. We did. There was a female manager there who heard what we said. Her response was, "Sorry bout dat". She charged us full price. Bad business.

After reading several positive reviews I decided to give this place a try and I am glad I did. The service, food, and decor were all excellent. The chicken and mushrooms entree was delicious and the portion size generous. The ultimate margarita was well balanced, not too tart and not too sweet. Thank you Patron! Even the sopapilla dessert was tasty. I will definitely be back.

I ordered the tres Marias and it was great the only thing I didnt like was the corn tortillas. They were super soggy. I know its covered in enchilada sauce but ones I have had before from other places theyve been cooked and then covered with the sauce.. The kids got fajitas they were really good as well. Beans were good covered in cheese. We really liked the rice

Great place for Mexican food. Nice Mexican art decorations on walls, tables and chairs. Very friendly atmosphere and friendly waiters. Great variety of authentic Mexican meals and drinks. Excellent cultural experience without leaving the United States. Extremely reasonable prices for everyones budget. Good place to practice your Spanish.
