After a long day of running around this place was chosen as the last stop on our journey. We arrived at about 8:00pm and were greeted by a gal that had no apparent clue how to pick one of two tables to seat us. When our server arrived she promptly got our drinks and then said "Ill be back in a moment". She has done this twice now. When she returned the first time she took our appetizer order and has not been back to the table since to take the rest of our order. I dont get why she keeps disappearing as they are not busy at all. She finally did come back, but it was to drop off the appetizer and told us to talk to her while she did the finishing touches on it. When we started to order she said "hold on, I cant remember that and do this at the same time, Ive been here since 11am". So we waited until she was done and then placed the rest of our order. It took an unusual amount of time for our order to come out, again with how not busy they were. When the order did come out it was dropped off by someone else. Our server did stop by a couple more times, but most of those were to make comments about how long her day was. Being that I work retail I get the "long days" but I dont make that my excuse for poor service.

If ZERO stars were possible... that would be what would be given. It is my husbands birthday, and he was excited to go here, as we typically have loved this place in the past, and we had not been there in a while. We arrived and were seated promptly by the nice host; but our good experience (or any experience at all I might add) ended there. We were never recognized (they were not busy, they had a large (6 ppl) table and maybe two others in the whole restaurant side). There was a crowd of workers that seemed to be more interested in talking to each other at the host stand, than taking care of their customers. We got up, walked out, and thanked them for not serving us. One employee asked if we wanted to speak to a manager. We were thinking....speak to them for WHAT???? We just said that we would never return. I guess they like to discriminate against people who have service dogs with them. So much for the world becoming a better place. Thanks so much for nothing.

I was so upset me and my fiance went ordered a deep dish numero uno with the onions on one half (because I dont like onions) and black olives on the other half. it wasnt done. It was very gummy and it was made wrong the onions was all over and throughout the whole entire pizza and they didnt out the olives on the pizza.. They are very over priced we paid 26 dollars for 1 lemonade an order of wings and an order of mozzarella cheese sticks and a piece of cake.. It would have been 43 dollars of we wouldve ate the pizza and the pizza was very small.. My opinion I will never be back.. And I usually dont write reviews when I dont like something but this places prices and pizza wasnt up to the standards everyone was holding. Especially for the price.. My second opinion GO TO KSR on KEYSTONE they have the best wings in the city and their pizza is very good... And the prices are decent.

The food was very good, the service is awful!! We even did a call in order, thinking good food but would not have to deal with VERY SLOW SERVICE. Wrong! I wait outside for a long while, finally go in, frustrated, the young guy says " oh didnt I tell you to call when you get here" WHAT? No u fool! And he also states it wasnt his job to bring out food lol So food was sitting there cold. We tried one other time since then. Wanted the food. No go, we are seated by the same young guy that has no care in the world. He seats us. We sit there a good 10 minutes without even a hi. So we got up and left. Disappointed in UNO! I do hope they get some better managers there and get the place in order

My lunch there yesterday was pretty bad. I had the soup and pizza combo, and the deep dish pizza came out with this watery tomato juice on top of the cheese. There was no sauce anywhere, just clear tomato juice and seeds sloshing around on top of the pizza. I told our server that it wasnt working for me, and he said something along the lines of "I wonder if they didnt cook it long enough. Maybe I should have warned you about how our pizza comes out." He acknowledged that it wasnt right and that people often dont like what theyre served, but he didnt offer anything to make the situation right. I wound up paying $8 for one cup of so-so soup, and its the last of my money Unos will be seeing.

Possibly the best experience Ive ever had at a restaurant flat out. Given they were a little slow at the hour we visited (2:00pm). Our waiter John who happened to be one of the Chefs, provided information about local events as well as letting us sample the new bbq sauces before ordering to help with our decision. The food was amazing and John actually had time to both cook our meals and provide us with amazing service!!! Will be talking about this great place for a while. Thank you guys for excellent service! Come to my town PLEASE!!!!

The food was amazing! Unfortunatley our waitress, Holley, decided that telling a funny story (which containes foul language at a loud volume) was much more important than taking care of her tables (yes there was more than one; 3) she never refilled our drinks (i was out with my mother), she slammed the food down infront of us, and when I tried calling her over from her social circle at the host stand, she had the nerve to hold up 1 finger to try and tell me one minute while she finished her story. Very disrespectful

Pizza is great although a little salty lately. Dont expect good service though. They seem under staffed on a Friday night. Also, since I am from out of town I got take out twice. First time, they never put in my order. Second time, they were to bring it out to my car for curb side pick up. After waiting 15 minutes past the time I was told to be there, I went in and found my pizza sitting out under a stack of other pizzas. Wont be back for a while.

The service was quick, and the food tasted pretty good. Unfortunately we did have a mix up with the kitchen on one of our orders. I have no complaints about service, as our server was very polite, fast, and quick to fix the mistake. The mushrooms on the burger were obviously canned and not fresh. This is unfortunate because the mushrooms on a pasta dish were fresh. Not sure why the burgers get canned mushrooms, but pasta gets fresh.

Unos deep dish pizza is exceptional. I have enjoyed it since I was a kid. My favorite by far is the Chicago Classic. If you like good hearty sausage and chunky whole tomatoes then this is the one for you. Rarely is pizza crust as good as the rest of the pie, but the crust on all their deep dish pizzas is buttery, flaky and absolutely delicious. Service at this location has always been excellent.
