This is one of my favorite restaurants! Its not that expensive, like I have seen on other comments. Its a sit down restaurant...pretty typical prices. The decor is awesome and you will have a great time! Especially if you can eat outdoors on a beautiful night under their chandeliers with one of their Hibiscus champagne! yum! Order the Davids/chicken Paillard(its not on the menu anymore, for what insane reason I dont know, but they will still make it for you. Basically its the creamy-ist mashed potatoes, with chicken-hint of lemon butter, and parmesan cheese on top. This also comes with a salad and free bread for the table...all for $16. For dessert, the Nutella crepe....$5.25. Still think this place is over priced??? You wont be disappointed!!! Bonus, they allow dogs on the patio and have brought my dogs a bowl of water and a little treat!

The drinks were pretty good (fruit purée with champagne and some strange cocktail), the skirt steak with the sauce and fries were really tasty. The salmon with a vegetable compote was not a type of taste I would usually prefer, but I was impressed with an explosion of new flavors!! The blueberry crepe was really good, too, but it could have used some cheese or unique flavor. I would recommend that. I liked the artistic feel. I wish the service was faster (it felt like what I imagine a restaurant in actual France would be like). We would definitely go back if we went to Indianapolis again. Oh, and the surrounding neighborhood is hip, fun, and safe!

After coming here for years and loving all the food items, this was the first time I was disappointed in the menu. The menu item change of the croque monsieur from a traditional French sandwich with the cheese on top to paying the same price for a half of ham and cheese sandwich was not a welcomed change. The menu should reflect what you are getting and a big part of that is through the name. Dont call it a croque monsieur, when its a fancy sandwich. On a positive note, the change to the sourdough bread was good. My family has loved coming here for the Parisian nostalgia, especially after the remodel from the flood.

My Vegetarian Tartine was a joke. It was described on the menu as: "Seasonal vegetables w/ goat cheese". All I got was a couple of lettuce leaves on top of a toast. The toast itself had very little goat cheese on it and NO seasonal veggies. I actually left hungry. The only redeeming thing about my lunch was that my drink, a Kir Royal, was a great cocktail. Some places make the Kir too sweet but it was the prefect balance. So... note to self: go for the drinks, not the food.

Wanted this place to be great and it could have been but service was sub par. Very long wait for the food and when it arrived it was cold. Then didnt do anything about it when we said something. Dont seem to understand the timing of appetizer and main course either - finally get one and trying to eat that and they bring you the next course when you barely started the other one. Unacceptable at these prices. Unlikely to return.

Fun. Another offering from the Cafe Patachou folks. My wife and I went here for breakfast and loved it. It has a great atmosphere and awesome food. I love the real cup for coffee where I can refill it when I like. That coffee bar is perfect for me. I had an omelette. My wife had french toast. We split each others and both said something like, "oh wow that is good."

Went for this Valentines Day dinner and had their Mussels, Mushroom Duxelles, Roasted Chicken Provençal, and Halibut from the Valentines Day menu - appetizers were great but both mains were a little over-seasoned and a little over-done. We had the pavlova for dessert, which was delicious, despite being overly sticky in texture.

Its usually busy, so you should expect to wait a few minutes for a table, but dont let that deter you. The food is so fresh, and the service is good. Its a little expensive, but if you want to really experience the feel of Broad Ripple, this is your place. The decor is adorable and its dog friendly on the patio!

Disappointed at one of Marthas restaurants. The Bibb Salad for $9.95 have 5 leaves. The waitress just said thats way its made. My Omelette du Nuit was flavorless. We wont be back to this restaurant. Nice setting near the canal. Ticket#10105 on 07/28/17 @ 9:42.

Love this place. I work nearby so I eat there fairly frequently. The broken yolk burger is the best thing to ever happen to me. Get it, you wont regret it. Honestly you can get anything there and you wont regret it!

Had a great breakfast here when I was in Indy -- excellent coffee and the croque madame was delicious. Overwhelming but delicious. They use smoking goose meats and the quality of the meat really shone through.

The food takes a little bit to get there but the taste is good. The service is friendly, but the restaurant is usually busy. Omelettes are said to be gluten free and they offer gluten free bread.

This is the best restaurant in Indy for a date night. It makes the best burger in the city, has a great wine list, and serves my favorite meal: chicken paillard.

Delicious food and service was adequate. They seemed to not bug me too much because I was reading. Just around enough to make sure I had what I needed.

Best breakfast/brunch in Broad Ripple. Get the broken yolk sandwich and ask for cinnamon toast treatment to the other slice of bread.
