I wouldnt have posted if it werent for the 100th horrible experience! I live in Fortville and for the last decade have learned to live with "sub" par service! I own a small business of my own and deal with horrible reviews from time to time from crazy customers that expect the world from you. That being said, this is NOT one of those. Here I am in the drive through for 15 minutes staring at my already made sandwich on the drive through counter, I finally lost it. The kid helping customers was totally oblivious to the fact he had made me a sub and placed it at the counter. I sat there patiently as I watched customer after customer rung up at the front counter. Finally I honked once, waited 15 seconds, honked twice and only a twitch from his face. I then LAID on the horn and finally he asked what I wanted??!!! The damn sandwich on the counter in front of you!!! He looked puzzled at me and somehow realized he took the order, made the sandwich and then walked off into oblivion! ???? But its ok, he said sorry and gave it to me so alls well. -Im NEVER going there again- 5-30-17 Update- I went there again (glutton for punishment) Horrible experience yet again. I swear Im not going back this time!

The employees do not greet you when you walk in. They pretty much ignored me until they were ready to make my sandwich. I understand they have a drive through also, but the least they could do was acknowledge me and tell me they would be with me momentarily. They also charge for double meat when it is not double meat. I got a 6 inch ham and turkey with egg. All that is is a morning melt without the bacon. There was NO double meat. I got half an egg, 2 slices of turkey and 2 slices of ham. Its clear these people do not know subway standards. I know because I worked at one for 5 years. I only gave 2 stars because it wasnt a dirty place and the food still tasted good, but unless you want to experience rude employees and be overcharged for your food, I recommend not going.

This used to be a very nice place to eat! Now its terrible. The service sucks the manager and the employees would rather sit around and talk instead of make your food and help you. When they finally decide to get up all they do is talk about there personal life while making your sandwich. Save yourself a horrible expierence and find another subway!

Did not appreciate that employee stopped halfway thru making my sandwhich to take drivethru order and make their sandwich before finishing mine. If I make the effort to come inside I ought to be given priority. I simply wont come back here.

Very sweet and nice! At most fast food restaurants if you come in late and close to closing time you can tell they are annoyed but not this one! Just wish you had BBQ sauce:)

Nothing! we used to eat there often. Only now the place is AWFUL! employees are SO rude the place is FILTHY!! WERE AFRAID TO EAT THERE NOW! Management sucks!!!!

Pulled up to the drive thru and they tell me because they are so busy on the inside it will take them 20 minutes to get to drive thru....always slow!
