We ordered online in order to pick up for convenience and it was anything but. When we arrived after the time the food was supposed to be ready it looked like they had barely started fulfilling our order (it wasnt even busy then). The woman working the register was rude and talked to me like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer and demanded that I pay a higher price than my quote from my online order. This was due to her inability to figure out the ordering system, and instead of trying to work with me she decided that being curt and short was the better option. She wasnt wearing a name tag, and after asking to see the manager she informed me that she was the manager. Eventually she figured out the register and we completed the transaction, only for me to find out that they messed up the order. We asked them to re-make the order, which they did and ended up messing it up again! We expected this to be a 1 minute transaction and it ended up taking 20 minutes for rude service and an unfulfilled order. Im not asking for 5 star cuisine, just cordial service and correct fast food but this restaurant cannot comply. We tried to order from here again a few months later and they messed up that order as well. We will not be eating at White Castle anymore.

Food was good as usual! BUT fat cow in the drive thru was hateful as hell! It was raining and my wipers was splashing water on her, I didnt know it, it was 8:30 at night! She made a comment to the other employee, LOUD enough for me to hear. I immediately turned them off, didnt know I was getting her wet! I asked for salt and she barely opened up the window and threw it at me. I said "thank you" and she said "yeah" just rubbed me the wrong way! I know how it is to work with public, I worked in a grocery for 13 yrs so I do know! This woman had to be in her 50s, old enuf to know better! This incident occurred on dec.21,2015 on a Monday night at 8:30! At the elizabethtown,ky location! Lady, I hope you are drenched by the time you finish your shift!

I ordered 4 sliders with just cheese and ketchup and when I received them they had onions on them. I took them back up to show the workers so I could get new ones, I really really hate onions, and one of the cooks came up took her gloved finger and wiped them off my sliders and then said there I wiped them off for you. Gloved hand or not idk where her hands have been and when the last time she changed her glove was it was just disgusting and I am completely disturbed by that experience. First time eating at a White Castle and it will definitely be my last.

Tonight is the second time in 3 months we had to drive off to another restaurant because the line is around the building. The place would probably have a better bottom line if theyd hire a few more people to work; You cant make any money when your customers drive away PLUS it makes customers hesitant to plan to return- to drive all the way there only to not get any food once we arrive.

Good but at this location I like the little fish sandwiches a lot but the burgers not at all because I know what a standard hamburger slider at White Castle is supposed to be like and for some unknown reason, at THIS location, they are too greasy AND have too MUCH onion flavor.

It would have got 5 stars if when I brought attention that the dining room was a mess that it got cleaned up. Felt totally ignored when they did nothing about the filth on the floor and tables. It wasnt even busy, big disappointment. But the food was good.

Stopped at this white castle for the 1st time on our way home from a procedure in Louisville. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean and the food was good.. exactly what we ordered and still hot.. we will be back

My experience was great, the casher today 8/12/17 at 1100 am was a very nice young man, the gentle who cleans the bathroom does a wonderful job excellent!! This white Castle in Elizabethtown ky has always done a great job

Very nice people working there, and really clean. They are right off the X-way, and the only white castle in E-town so they stay busy a lot. I have seen the drive thru backed up out of the parking lot so I go in to order.

I love this brand. This location lives up to the brand promise of good food and quick service. We do not have a White Castle in Bardstown, so I am always looking for an excuse to go to etown just for the White Castle.

waited 35 minutes in line, when we had to GO INSIDE to get our order (we were waiting in the drivethrough), they didnt even have the order right. the worst service weve ever had at a fast food restaurant.

White Castle should be classified as a "fast food dive bar". The burgers are what i expected. Grease, maybe some pickles and those little glorious onions adorn the cute slider as they should.
