Went to this location had a rough time with the cashier understanding my order ..then when i let her know the price was incorrect she told me that i was mistaken .i informed her that i was not abd she called the manager over and as the manager Nick wanted to inform me i was wrong aswell i told him i just came two days ago and it was not the correct price ..he just turned and walked away so i paid the amount kniwinf it was wrong due to being in a hurry and as nick was making my drinks i informed him that thise were not my drinks and he proceeded to say well theres the problem with the pricing !!! He served me the drinks and went on like it wasnt a big deal that u over charged me ,made the wrong drinks,and never apologies for him telling me i am mistaken in the price!!! I call the store to talk to the manager about his behavior and of course he is the manager ..very short with me on the phone acted like i was the problem and proceeded to tell me he will throw me a gift card in the safe for my issues. Guess he had to get back up to the line to keep making fun of his drive thru cashier about how she spends way to much time calling everone honey!!! At least she is polite to people and trying to connect with the guest ..nick you should always rember there is always someone watching and conduct yourself in a manager manner ...

It seems this is the ONLY store that does not have consistent pricing and willing to argue with their customers about pricing. I have been to this location twice, visiting other locations throughout Indianapolis multiple times a week, the customer service at this location is absolutely horrible. I will definitely not be going back after giving them a second chance as it seems other stores are consistent with the corporate wide pricing.

Ive been going here regularly for a few months. This Starbucks can often be fairly full. There are 2 armchairs, 2 tall tables with 2 tall chairs each, and a couple of long wooden tables with several chairs. There is additional seating outside on the patio. Service is polite and pleasant, and generally quick with orders. They enjoy bantering among themselves though, so combined with the crowd it can often be pretty noisy inside.

Worst service ever. Order a white hot chocolate with raspberry and a coffee and cinnamon swirl cake. Was the second person in line and 20 minutes later still waiting. She could not find any of the order on the computer. Asked me so many times about a peppermint hot chocolate that 2 customers behind me said she needed to listen right to her face. The woman behind me repeated my order after I repeated it 6 times.

WORSE STARBUCKS OF INDIANA. You will NEVER get a simple order under 10 minutes even if its empty. The workers are extremely slow because they ALWAYS serve the drive thru first and they get REALLY PISSED if you asked them to correct an order even if you ask in the nicest way possible. If your drink is made by a girl with glasses your order will always be messed up. Shes an absolute idiot...

Always empty. Ive never seen more then 2 people here. Once I was behind one person in drive thru. Its good if you dont want to wait, you dont mind rude employees, or a slight burned taste to your coffee I should mention there is one rock star employee working here and if your lucky enough that he takes your order and makes your drink you will have a great visit.

Ordered a snickerdoodle hot chocolate, received a hazelnut, toffee nut watery drink. Went up there for it to be remade, was told this is what its made with. Yet the Starbucks website clearly states white chocolate mocha with cinnamon dulce syrup. The condescending tone as if I dont know what I ordered is what has me upset and this horrible drink.

I love this starbucks! I have been coming for about 5 years . I will go out of my way just to come to this one. Staff is great coffee Is always PERFECT! love the fact they dont have a high turn over rate for employees. I can pull in the parking lot and when I walk in my coffee is already made . High my recommend this store!

I waited in line at the drive thru for about 30 minutes. Took about 20 minutes to be able to place my order and then 10 minutes to get my drink. Not sure why the trouble, but I will find a different one next time I am needing coffee.

They never make the drinks right when you ask for skim milk. They always put 2% milk then get mad because they have to correct it. When u order, they immediately give u the total instead of letting you finish your order.

Quick service during non rush hours. Drive thru will backup around building during rush. Other Starbucks in the area are less busy during these times. Has all the Starbucks menu choices and staff are always friendly.
