I went to this place with a friend. I was surprised to see not even a single Indian customer in an Indian restaurant apart from me and my friend. All were white people. It became clear within few minutes why so. The owner lady of the restaurant is apparently Indian with racist attitude towards indians. She treats her white customers with so much respect and her negative attitude seems to have been reserved for brown people. She seems to think that by settling in this country she has become white and got a pass to treat others like a trash. And about food, it wasnt that great either. She can fool Americans with whatever kind of "indian" food she has. I would not recommend this kind of racist, ignorant, bigoted restaurant for any indians. There are plenty other Indian restaurants in South bend and fort Wayne which are better that this trash of a restaurant. Dont go here.

On the upside everything was especially good. The flavors you will find here are not something you will come across just anywhere. I had the Lamb Madras Curry. I was blown away how tender the lamb was. It fell apart just pressing it against the roof of my mouth. Seasoning was perfect. The breads are excellent and I will go back JUST for the bread. In the down side it is super loud inside. Hard floors tall ceilings and nothing to eat up any sound which is unpleasant if you want to hear anyone next to you. The wait staff seems confused by...everything or maybe couldnt hear us. We did find a hard plastic or glass in one of the rice puff appetizer things they brought to us. They also use windex to clean glass top tables which put me off some. I will go back because food is excellent and hopefully our bad experiences is a fluke.

Gave this place several chances. They really havent gotten their act together yet, and it has been over a year. Its not bad, per se, just that lots of things are on the wrong side of mediocre: the veggie pakora is a travesty, the chicken pakora was just chicken pieces (with bones) thrown into the way-way-way to thick pakora batter. I argued with my friends to give this place more tries, but they have broke the final straw with me. I am hopeful for different indian options in Mishiana.

Perfectly acceptable, standard North Indian food. You wont really find any surprises. The menu is substantial and their buffet, while on the small side, is a good deal. I have been a bit turned off that they have started to close things down a half hour before the buffet ends, however. The food is not very spicy. They give you a 1-3 rating, and at a 3 it has consistently not been very hot. If that is your thing, maybe see if they will go past their "3".

Tried the lunch buffet on a Saturday afternoon. The food was fresh and heated thoroughly, and the buffet itself was clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely helpful. One lady even took the time to point out which dishes on the buffet fit my dietary restrictions. I also heard the staff making recommendations to diners who were new to Indian food. I will definitely be coming back to dine here.

While the food was good (not great, by any means), the portions were very small. My daughters vindaloo only had 3 small bites of chicken and not enough pieces to make one small potato. At nearly $50 for 2 entres, an appetizer, and one soft drink (no beer or wine ordered) it was no bargain, either, especially with no leftovers. Also, dont try taking away dishes while I still have my fork in my hand!

The worst buffet I ever had in my life. The lady who sat at reception was the one who looked after our table, wasnt very welcoming. The food didnt taste good, the naan was very chewy and stiff, the veg jaipuri was basically tomato soup with boiled veggies in it and the veg pakoras were stale and very oily. Never recommending anyone and never going back there to eat.

We were there for the Sunday buffet. The food was...interesting. Biggest problem was the labels were only on the back side of the buffet, and then not on everything. Some were obviously incorrect. So as newbies, we mostly had no idea what we were eating. Still, it was generally tasty, though a few items I would not want again. I guess I prefer Chinese or Thai.

good indian food at reasonable price in northern Indiana. Their food tasted better to me than the Indian restaurant in South Bend. Interior of restaurant isnt bad but they need to work on their music selection. Stuffs are friendly but little bit confused while dealing with non-Indian people. They have good some basic selection of wine too.

Waitresses/ hosts dont get tips even if you give them their tip directly they arent to keep it. The cooks are improffesional and disrespectful toward female American employees. They dont wear gloves. They hand rinse and dry their water glasses. Its overall unclean and very unprofessional. Theres alot of stuff customers dont see.

If you have never tried Indian food before, or just have a love for the cuisine, I strongly suggest going to Maple Indian Cuisine for lunch or dinner. My boyfriend and I have been going frequently and just cant get enough of the delicious dishes. The staff is also the greatest and very personable. You wont be dissapointed

It is a wonderful restaurant. I am from NYC and I despaired at finding a good Indian restaurant here. I tried one in South Bend and it was awful. But I saw a flyer for this restaurant and decided to give it a go. Great food. Great service. I will be back and often.

It was okay good but the majority of the curry was soup and sauce, minimal meat. Gave me and my entire company upset stomachs unfortunately. Also did not apply the 20%discount on the dinner plates we asked for and could apply. Was okay for one time trial.

The food was very flavorful, and the service was excellent. We asked our server to order her favorite dish for us, one was lamb and the other chicken. They were both outstanding dishes. I cant remember the name though. We will be back for sure!

This was our first time eating Indian food and it was spectacular. The flavor was out of this world and the staff was so friendly and willing to talk us through the menu and the cooking style. We will most definitely be back, with friends!

Great recommendations from our server. Dinner food portions are a little small for the price, but the taste is excellent. Service is great. Im excited to come back for the popular lunch buffet.
