Yuck! Their cakes are typically okay but their attitudes and the store is disgusting. When I arrived to pick up my cake it was still not ready. So, be mindful of youre placing an order. It was supposed to be ready by 8-830 and at 9 oclock they were just about the apply the frosting. The man working there told me I was too early to pick up my cake and said I should come back. Clearly, communicating is not part of their business practice. Additionally, they had to unlock the doors for me when I arrived even though their website said they opened an hour earlier. When I walked in as the first customer of the day, there were crumbs all over the floor, left over wrappers, and a pile of dishes all of which were obviously from the day before. Then, to top off my whole experience there was a cockroach laying on the ground next to the pile of crumbs. Yuck!!!! However, I am not surprised. The entire front entrance area appeared to have not been cleaned any time recently (or definitely not yesterday). Another couple with a small child walked in, saw the mess and the cockroach, and walked right back out. Good for them! This place is disgusting. The only apology I received was after I demanded one, otherwise I just kept hearing it was not their fault they had an internal communication error. So, whether placing an order via phone or email or both, dont expect them to pay attention or concern themselves with your order. I also received two "cupcakes" that were prepackaged and gluten free. I was told another bakery would be making them fresh for me. Turns out, as the man explained, that was all they had left in the back. So, no fresh cupcakes for me. When I explained it was my first visit to the bakery and that I was unhappy, he said that everyone else in Columbus was happy. Really? Thanks. They will get no more of my business. And be warned if you continue to go there. Food left all over the restaurant over night means healthcode violations and unsanitary food!!!

HORRIBLE customer service. I can relate to other reviewers of the bakery. When I went in to place an order, not one person said hello as I stood right in front of the man at the counter; he just looked at me waiting for me to initiate conversation? At first I didnt know if he was racist or just plain out rude. When picking up my order for a party, which was supposed to be ready by 10:30am, the order was not ready until 12:30PM! No apologies once so ever and the man was extremely rude. Im all about customer service but I was blown away from the lack of customer service at this establishment.

Great bakery! So much to say about this place, everything is made fresh, the brownies are to die for and they always have something new! Great family run business with a great family like atmosphere! The coffee is amazing, and the service is even better. Rate 10/5 stars!

Great place the staff knows who I am. Even had the joy of drinking a cup of coffee with the owner. Looks amazing since the remodel (even though it wasnt 100% during my last vist) hopefully my next visit the ceiling will be completed.

Everything at Gramz is top notch!! The owners and staff make this place superb. They have the best baked goods, great fresh smoothies and of course the best coffee in town. Now the arrival of cold brew coffee is the icing on the cake!!

This coffee place is OMG level. The selection is incredible and each flavor is DISTINCT and doesnt taste like its been brewed on top of the grounds of the last batch as some shops do. Extremely cozy and well furnished.

Bad coffee beans make bad coffee, no matter how much they renovated the space. Owner and staff are nice, bakery is good, but the coffee is just bad. I keep trying this place each year and its always the same.

Being the only bakery in downtown they do have good selection of pastries. Love the quiche, veggie puff and brownies. The recent addition of Chicken Parmesan & BBQ Chicken quiches are awesome!
