Tuesday, August 08, 2017 I must say I have never done a review and never had a bad thing to say about any customer experience until today at this starbucks. I have recently been stopping in the last 3 years due to I live out of town, and my trip to Columbus is to meet my dad at his oncology appts, as difficult as it has been, this is a treat he looks forward to on these days, is his family around him, and of course my trip to his favorite place for decaf coffee and bring it to him at the hospital, nothing more nothing less. However today one of the ladys has noticed me stopping in 2 days in a row, she is the one who make me a fresh cup of decaf the day prior just because she could tell it wasnt fresh and she picked up that I had a special deliver to my dad, no questions asked she was kind enough to make it the day prior, however she was on break today when I arrived so I gave my order to another lady at the counter, my tea and my dads decaf coffee with creamer and vanilla, she was offended right off the bat when I asked if they had it fresh. She said no it is not fresh, she then told me I could get another kind of drink which was not decaf coffee, and I said well I think my dad just wants decaf coffee, she still stood there as if they never had anyone order decaf and still proceeded to tell me to get another kind of drink... I then asked her if she could possibly have some made, she rolled her eyes and went and asked someone to see if they could, she then came back to the counter and said I hope you can wait its gonna take awhile, I said I am fine to wait... After I payed and she walked away to talk to the guy she asked to make it she then proceeded to talk about me and how ridiculous this was and continued to make it a huge deal, I stayed calm for a while but watching someone react like this was uncalled for why should a paying customer be treated with disrespect and her continue to go on and on about, just went right through me, however the last 2 days I have stopped in so regularly is because my dad was in the hospital fighting from very bad illnesses, so I approached the man she was talking to and told him I clearly can hear her talking about me and it is rude, Ive been in retail for over 29 years and never would I or my employees ever treat a customer in this manner and I am very offended, he apologized for her, but honestly I never thought I could be so shamed at a retail store especially like a Starbucks, unfortunately as much as this is a special stop I make for my dad on his visits at the hospital I am going to have to think hard if I could return to this Starbucks

First off, I USE to go out of my way to come to this store because the staff was so friendly! Plus I never had to wait too long. The manager was great and the staff was also so happy and kind! Now, I have several BAD things to say about this store. The new manager sucks! I REFUSE to go to this location now because the staff is rude and the wait is ridiculous! I waited in line (in store) for 35 minutes to receive my drink! I have tried coming to this location time and time again but because of the horrible service I will now go out of my way to NOT go to this one!!!! My boyfriend had the same great service and has recently had several bad experiences as well!

Overpriced and being marketed not only to yuppie class but to kids (like mine) with drinks made up of so much sugar it would free Cuba. I HATE asking for a large coffee and the worker responds with "Vente?" or some jingo like that. Coffee taste burned and harsh. I buy coffee beans at ALDI and grind at home for much better flavor and costs. Sorry I do not get into fads...

This location was super easy to find off the highway. The store was clean, well stocked and the staff friendly. My only complaint is the layout with the tables inside makes it so tight that we run out of room around the cash wrap very quickly. This wouldnt have been such an issue if the other patrons were more cognizant of making sure to "move down the line".

I hate that women dont have their own bathroom. Its disgusting with urine on the seats. Every time I have visited latley it has been this way. It really makes me look for other places to get coffee. I do still visit but not like I use to. Im very disappointed with Starbucks and so are alot of my friends and family.

Every single time I come to this location I ask for regular cream cheese and they give me reduced fat cream cheese. Incredibly unprofessional and terrible customer service to not inform the customer that only reduced fat cream cheese is available. Will never come to this location again.

I am a regular Starbucks customer and usually am used to better service. I came to the store to redeem a free tall drink courtesy of big brother big sister with a legit coupon but was told that manager Russell denies that. I have never experienced that from a Starbucks chain before.

I think some o these starbucks are startin to have issues with counter svc cause its startin to get bad at some o thier locations th drive thru gets better svc than th counter there will be all kinds o ppl standin around takin care o th drive thru but hardly nobody at th counter

This is the best starbucks Ive ever been to. Im a regular so its so nice to walk through the door and feel like home. Every staff member is incredible and they work hard for each and every customers needs and wants. I have my favorites when i visit but everyone is always kind.

There are three Starbucks in town. I have been to all three. This one is the cleanest, friendliest one among them, and they never get my order wrong. With the mobile ordering it is absolutely worth my time to go out of my way to visit this Starbucks rather than the closer one.

Slow counter service, received incorrect change which prolonged the checkout process, and there wasnt any creamer or half & half despite an employee having just tended to the station. Good thing I dont live around here and was just passing through.

Filthy floors and mat with dried coffee and spills, dirty counter tops, and trashy parking lot and garbage deposited around trash can; however patient, smiling employees dealing with long lines. Great coffee, as always!

This is one of the nicer starbucks with an amazing staff. Gold and Black card members like us were treated as royalty along with first time Starbuck samplers. They are now ex Tim Horton fans whatever that is.

This Starbucks always has extremely quick service and friendly baristas. They see a lot of traffic, but the lines move through fast so the parking lot stays clear, whereas it would get crowded otherwise.

This store has forgotten how to handle customers who are staying to enjoy their coffee and food. Managed to get the stay cup but no saucer and my food was in a to go bag. Need more focus.
