We have been loyal customers of this location for several years now, have spent a lot of money on delivery and carryout from this restaurant, and the past 3 orders have had food left out. Each time, we have tried to contact the restaurant to tell them this, and no one ever returns our calls (even after leaving messages, telling them the order was incorrect.) Then, when we personally walked in and told them about this - what a *horrible* experience. So much arguing, telling us we had never even ordered then for that amount, no refunds, we wont refund you - awful. I cant believe we were treated this way after literally spending hundreds of dollars here. We even showed them the receipt!! This is managed improperly and they dont respect their customers. We are never coming back.

We order delivery from here constantly and they always deliver fast. We have many local options for Chinese takeout but always gravitate back to them. I think that people are more likely to leave comments when they have a negative experience rather than a positive one, so I feel that the bad comments are isolated incidents. I recommend them.

This used to be a great carry out but my last experience was really bad. The food was burned on one side, the rice was not right (overlooked) and the dish itself had only 3 shrimp in it. It only takes one bad experience with chinese food to not go back. No telling what they were serving me and they were rude to top it off. Im done!

I love this place! I go there every Friday! The almond cookies are amazing! only 1 dollar for 3! :) The General Chao Chicken is fabulous and the egg rolls and egg drop soup is to die for. I love this place and the people who work there are so polite! Please go there, you wont be dissatisfied! :D

Horrible, I waited 2 hours for my food to be delivered. If you are hungry, do no use this place. Called the restaurant to see where my food was at.. All the lady stated was "2 minutes" he will be there. Then I waited another 15 min for the guy to come. They just lost a customer!!!

This is our favorite carry out Chinese in Carmel. Always consistent, always polite on the phone, and theyve chosen recipes we enjoy. I cant remember the last time we ordered something we didnt like.

I absolutely love this place! They are so fast, and the food always tastes great! It is located near CVS just two doors down. My favorite is their General Tsos Chicken.
