The brisket sandwich was tender, juicy, and flavorful. It was perfectly marbled and bites with a little of the fat in them were the most savory. This sandwich had 3 large slices of fresh brisket with two slices of white Texas-style bread. I had it with the house hottest sauce and it was not disappointing. The sauce was a sweet-spicy, almost a habenero taste, but the sweetness was complimentary to the meat and not overwhelming. The pulled pork was scrumptious! Very lean and moist on a standard burger bun and my partner had it with mild sauce. The sauce was a great compliment to the pork. The Hog Fries (seasoned) were excellent! The rub on them is not too salty and has a subtle hint of sweetness, maybe paprika. Overall, this place is outstanding and the people who run it are amicable and out to please. Definitely stop by and support them if you are in the area!

This place is great and I would defiantly recommend it! My grandmother passed away and I called and placed an unusual catering order for her funeral visitation because I was unable to attend. (Forget the flowers and bring on the MEAT! :) Being from out of town and not wanting to ask any of the grieving family to pick up an order of BBQ, Jeff Lewis graciously offered to deliver it on my behalf!! We ordered 12lbs pulled pork BBQ and it was a delicious, hearty, and satisfying meal on a tough day for my family. The big chunks of meat and smoky mild sauce were the favorite of the crowd. Thanks so much to Jeff and the Wildfire gang for going out of their way to accommodate and to make it easier on someone else. I hope you all will help me pay it forward and treat yourselves to a meal that not only feeds your hungry bellies but feeds your soul as well!

Unbelievable BBQ. Probably the best Ive ever had. We walked in 15 minutes before closing and were afraid they might not serve us. Instead, the owner himself sat down with us, explained the menu, and stayed over until we were finished, long after closing time. This is a stop we will definitely make any time were in the area. Jeff, thank you for taking time for us and for running a great establishment. It was nice getting to know you and a pleasure to eat your food. Best brisket ever for sure.

My husband and I were in town for a business trip and being raised in the south, I had a hankering for BBQ. This place did NOT disappoint. It paid to Google. We arrived and were greeted and explained the cuts of meats and sauces. Then we sat down in their cozy dining room and were served our food within minutes. Everything hit the place. Wonderful food. Great people. AND I got some NC BBQ sauce to take home to IL.

I drive all the way from Tennessee to eat at this little dive. It is the FINEST BBQ Ive ever put into my mouth. That is really saying something because Ive eaten at just about every BBQ pit in Memphis. THIS IS THE BEST! Jeff and his crew are the friendliest folks youll ever meet and the food is outstanding. I only wish I could give them SIX STARS.

Everything was amazing!! As a fellow smoker I have high standards for bbq. We got chicken, pulled pork, brisket, coleslaw, mac n cheese, and beans. It was all perfect and the sauces were great too! Friendly staff and quick service. We brought in 14 people at lunch and we didnt wait long for our food. Truly a great place to try!

We were traveling from Michigan to Florida and back and need a nice meal that wasnt to fancy. They do take out and sit down. We got there minutes before close and they were so nice. They were really nice and helped us out and worked to please us. If you ever get a chance go here. Nice to talk to as well as be served by.

The brisket is is fantastic along with everything else we have bought there. Just wished they were open later on Saturday and had opening hours sometimes Sunday as i work 2nd shift so hard to get anything there unless i take a vacation day.

Super service. The brisket is some of the best Ive ever had. The pulled pork is good too. The thin pork steak was really good. It had good seasoning and flavor. Sorry no pic ,the food disappeared before I could take one.
