Good afternoon dear owners, managers and employees of the Restaurant Panda Express Esmyrna, TN. I have visited several times with my family that restaurant, which we find very pleasant and excellent food. However on Friday, March 10, 2017, in the afternoon (4 pm), I visited with my wife and a friend, invited by me to meet and eat at this restaurant, since our friend did not know him, and When I go to pay the bill we are taken care of by a young man who, according to the identification he had affixed to his clothes, indicated that he was called "Anthony", proceeding to pay with my debit card. Those who attend to me request the card in addition to my ID in an unfriendly way, I proceeded to give him my Passport, since I am of Venezuelan nationality. Once Anthony had been given my identification, he proceeded to ask me questions such as: What are you doing here? Where do they come from? How long are they going to be here? Questions that did not even make me in Immigration when I entered the United States of America. After paying, he continued to say some words such as: You have to call immigration because you have to know who are the immigrants who come here !!! Gentlemen PANDA EXPRESS SMYRNA, TN; I feel very sorry to have to write these words, where it is my duty to qualify them negatively, since they have staff with apparent problems of Xenophobia with foreigners of good will. Both my person and my wife and our friend who was going to that restaurant for the first time, we are good people, we are University Professionals that we are in this beautiful country of visit, and it is not the first time that we do it. We live in a globalized world, where the integration of peoples and races is what moves all of us living on this planet and xenophobia or hatred of the progime is a matter of the past, the Second World War, Nazism, in short Of the last century, decadent and thank God, already in extinction. Thank you for getting to know and have this portal so that you know them !!

Worst Panda express that my family has ever been to. We went in a 7:30, 2 hrs before they close, and they were out of everything. They said i could wait and the would cook our food. My sweet and sour chicken was not cooked all the way. They just cooked the chicken and mixed it with the veggies and sauce and didnt even add the pineapple (the whole reason i ordered it). The teas both had the fruity tea in them so we got Sierra mist. When we went to get our refills they were permanently out. The servers were rude and laughing at the customers. We watched another couple ask for their money back and leave. We will never go back. If i get sick from the half cooked food they will be in a lot of trouble!

SLOW!! SLOW SLOW!!!! its unbelievable how every single employee is SLOW and could care less for service. It takes a minimum of 10 minutes per person for them to take an order. It take the 5-10 minutes to cut the chicken if the person ordered chicken. They would stop taking orders to start cleaning and refilling the food with 20 people waiting in line. If the person in front of you has to wait for their food, everyone in line has to wait. IT happens every time I come to this store. They do not apologize for delays, they dont care.

This place is such a friggin joke! I have visited this restaurant 5 times in the last month and they have been out of food every time. Poorly managed and slow as Christmas! You have to wait for food to be cooked every single time and tonight they were OUT of fried rice and chow mein. This is not a one time occurrence. It happens every single time I visit. Get a new manager or close your store!! Someone please tell me how you run out of your only two side options and refuse to cook more?

I had tried panda express a while back, it was definitely over priced and portion was terrible! I decided to try again and was very frustrated that I had to wait in a drive thru for about 30 min. Only to find my rice was dry with no flavor and portions were still a little smaller than what I could have gotten at a buffet. At least I get what I want and how I want at a buffet and pay by the pound. This place is definitely overpriced and food is not that great!

The hours listed on this website are incorrect. Drove 20 min to this location because the website stated they close at 10:30, got there at 9:37 and the doors were locked. The hours listed on the door stated they close at 9:30 on Friday and the drive thru is open till 10:00, so go to the drive thru and told the kitchen is closed and they can only sell whats left out on the buffet. Will NOT be going to this location anymore, on top of that the food SUCKED....

While the service was great, those who work there are extremely kind and welcoming. The food? Not so much.. I was pretty disappointed, I usually go to the Panda Express in Nashville but I was close by so I decided to go here. The portions they give you I feel like were a lot less than normal and everything was pretty dry. Not going to give up on Panda express completely but more than likely I wont be back to this location.

This is by far the worst Panda Express that I have ever visited. The wait time is ridiculous. Everytime I come I have to wait in line atleast 7-10 minutes before I get my food. They do not apologize for the delay. After I wait in line for what seems like forever, I get to the window and they tell me that they are out of what I ordered. This is very frustrating and I will not be visiting this location again.

Been to this location quite a bit, I work right down the street and go in to grab lunch 2-3 times a month. Usually in and out in 5 minutes. Great food and the servers are really friendly. I think you are better off going in instead of going to the drive through. I see people complain about the portion sizes but I always get plenty of Kung Pao Chicken and plenty of rice.

Service here is generally really quick compared to other Panda locations during lunch. The portions here and a bit skimping requiring me to usually have to ask for a little bit more. Dont let them serve you old food and youll be in good hands. Fill out your survey for a free entre and itll be worth the second trip.

LAZY PEOPLE CANT GET TO WORK TIME OR OPEN ON TIME! Drove over to their location because their website states that they open at 10:30am on Mondays. After driving 20 minutes, I arrived early and then about 10:31 walked in, and I am told that they open at 11. The door also reads that they open at 10:30am.
