This has been a ridiculous experience for me. I went in with my two year old and was seated with a fairly new server, which was fine at first, but then she just got worse and worse. It took her over 10 minutes to get 2 strawberry lemonades and she brought my toddlers drink in a large glass and left me to pour it at the table into a kids cup. When she took my order she put in Bruschetta chicken pasta instead of parmesan crusted chicken. I waited probably 30 minutes for my food and when she did bring something out it was just my sides because she informed she entered the wrong item and she would have the manager comp my meal. I had to ask 2-3 times for a to go box and the check and then had to stare her down while she was walking around aimlessly to run my card. Once I got the check I put a $5 tip and left as quickly as possible because my daughter had not napped yet and was getting crazy. Upon looking at my bank statement, I was not only charged full price for the meal, I also paid for 2 extra sides I was told were free. I called the store, they wanted to give me a gift card, I refused because I wont be going back. They offered to send my cash in a money order and a week and a half later I still have not received it.

Went to TGI Fridays in Murfreesboro. TN. Our server was great, the meal was great everything was fine until at the end of the meal another sever comes over to our table and annouces in front of my special needs son and other customers that my son took her tip off on of her tables.. i watched my son walk to the bathroom as i always do and he did no such thing, This greatly upset my son he starts crying and saying over and over i didnt take it Im not a theif! i feel that this could have been avoided if she had simply pulled me aside and told me instead of saying it in front of my son., not wanting anyone to loose their tip i go back help look for the money around said table, This sever then proceeds to talk to my 16 year old son instead of addressing me or my husband and says to him in a very rude voice well one of my co-workers and another customer saw him take it!" My special needs child took nothing in the bathroom with him to conceal money and My husband and I checked his pockets before we left the restaurant and found what we already knew that there was no money. I then went to find the manager who offered no apology all she would say is Ill talk to her. My family will never darken their door again!

12/30/2015. My son and I were the first to arrive today and we were seated immediately. Our waiter was a gentleman named Michael #60. This gentleman was stumbling all over the place. My son and I assumed he was on something. This was very amusing at first. We ordered our food and I also placed a togo order. We got our appetizer and lunch and had no complaints. Once we were ready to leave at 11:50 am he had forgotten about our togo order. Next he had 2 elderly women place an order and they walked out due to his lack of attention. While waiting on our togo order he brought the 2 elderly ladies meal to our table and asked if this was our order. We told him that we just needed our togo order. Needless to say we waited til 12:20 before we finally received our ticket and togo order. My son made a comment about how sad it was that this wasnt addressed by management. I also noticed the other servers were aware of his behavior and the manager also took an order at one of his tables. He was only working 2 tables at the time. This was out first time at this TGI FRIDAYS and we will probably return, but I will ask for management if I suspect our waiter is trashed.

I have been here many times before and have never had such an incredibly disappointing experience. I walked into Fridays last night to pick up a carry-out order I had placed twenty minutes prior. Upon entering the establishment, no one was to be found at the hostess stand. The hostess, who was eating dinner, finally got up from a booth and walked over to take care of my order. After paying, I was told "Itll be about five minutes". A family of four piled in after me and waited ten minutes before being seated in the near empty restaurant! I waited 15 minutes inside the place for my food. 45 minutes all together for a carry-out... When I got home, the Chicken Piccata Pasta I had ordered was nothing more than overcooked chicken and a crap ton of capers. Ive gotten this dish several times before and enjoyed it, however tonight it was way off. "Would you like some pasta with your capers?" I hate to say it - but this place needs new management in order to get a ounce of consistency. Im afraid my future dining at this place may be thwarted by the high chance something will go wrong. Cant be trusted as a prime local chain.

I would not recommend eating here to ANYONE!! This place is terrible. We ordered a to go order of $60...both steak meals were supposed to be medium well. We get home & the food is raw!! I had to get a pan and cook my food at home. It tasted terrible on top of having to cook it myself. I called the restaurant and the manager sent us a "gift card" for $60. I understand mistakes happen and I appreciated how it was handled. A month later we use our "gift card", which was really just a piece of paper signed by the manager. This time we order something different, hoping itll be better than last time. When we pick up the food and use our "gift card" to pay, the manager was extremely rude and cocky saying "maybe you should check your order this time"...well excuse the hell out of me, isnt it your job to make sure the food is good, hot & accurate?? So the food was accurate... But again cold and undercooked. Terrible service. Terrible food. Horrible management. Save your money and your stomach!! I wouldnt eat at this place for free.

First time going there. Took 15 minutes to be seated (There was no one else there, waiting) Me and my wife discovered why it took so long to be seated, there were 5 tables around us that no one had cleaned yet. After that we set for 10 minutes with no server, finally a girl came up and asked us if anyone had waited on us, we told her no so she took our drink order and appetizer. After that we were asked by 2 other people if we had a waiter which we said yes. 15 minutes later we get our flat drinks and the cold breads sticks (no silverware or napkins) We asked to speak to the manager. We told her what happened and at first she started to defend the waitress and the restaurant, but my wife quickly cut her off and told her we were leaving and didnt want the food we had ordered. So we wasted 55 minutes of our life to get drinks, cold cheese sticks, no napkins or silervware and then a manager who wanted to defend this crap. I shouldve looked up their reviews before going because I can see Im not the only one who was displeased.
