If McDonalds did seafood, this would be the place. No, strike that. McDonalds has standards. If the state prison system did seafood....Sloppy wait staff, unkempt hair and clothes, long wait times and out of fresh fish- this was only the beginning. I ordered the Ultimate Feast. This consists of a small overdone reheated lobster tail, breaded shrimp that taste like 10W40, shrimp scampi. some crab legs and a baked potato. The crab legs were fine, I suppose from frozen to be sure but not much to screw up. The baked potato was the stand out item. My son ordered a fresh fish entree which we discovered 20 minutes after the order was placed they were out of and my spouse had a lobster dish which I suspect was poured from a jar. Our server couldnt care less about her job, I suppose never realizing people make a choice to drive there to spend north of $100. She took our order, other wait staff refreshed our drinks and others served the food. This was our first experience in the concept of tag team wait staff. I would not have tipped W**** B a nickel, if it werent for the cadre of others that helped get our food to the table. She was there for the order and the check. Thats about it. Funny thing is, its only once the food arrives that you realize great places to eat like 1776, or Dukes or even Taco Bell offer better alternatives than this pit. This was Long John Silvers with better decor.

Horrible! My boyfriend and I went to red lobster a week after Christmas. Being its after Christmas we had a lot of returning and shopping by the mall. We looked it up and it said they closed at 10. It was 8:45 so we figured we would have at least an hour to sit down and eat something small. We first walked in and a man with a pony tail looked at us and shook his head passing us by. about 5 minutes after standing there a hostess comes up and greets us. On the way to our table an older server looks at the hostess and says, "are you freaking kidding me?" Like it was a problem for us to sit in her section. I was so offended that I told my boyfriend that we were going somewhere else. I did speak to a manager but she only offered good service which I wasnt willing to take that risk. Im a bartender and have been in the industry 11 years. We may of been there till 9:45 but I would of loved to take care of the server for maybe inconveniencing her. We go to red lobster all the time and spend good money. That was the first and last time I will go there. Something Ive taught myself over the years is to not judge the people that walk through the door. She lost out on a great tip and theyve lost out on a great customer.

We dined here on a Wednesday night during Game 7 of the World Series so it was a ghost town in this restaurant. Unfortunately the wait staff was more interested in the game then being attentive to their tables. It would not have mattered to me if our service had not suffered but it did immensely. Our water glasses were empty for at least 20 mins. We had to ask our server to refill our water which is a pet peeve of mine. Never cleared dirty plates or asked if we wanted another round of drinks even when the glasses sat empty at the edge of the table as he walked by 3-4 times. Courses were not timed corretly. Soup, salad and appetizer brought at the same time. The other male server working was biting his nails in the service well and rubbing his nose. Never washed his hands and went back on the floor to check on his tables. Disgusting! Food was fine for a Red Lobster. The oysters were fresh, cheddar biscuits were warm and the steak I ordered was cooked to a perfect medium-rare. Hopefully this was just a one-time event because the World Series was on but unfortunately for them we will not be back.

I wont review Red Lobster in general since the menu offerings are the same at all stores. I was there with six co-workers for our monthly "self appreciation" dinner. We have chosen this location a couple of time in the past and have always been well served. Last evening it was a bit disappointing. The was no problem with the food, it was good, but our server was not attentive. As an example, I ordered a soft drink. I was very thirsty and finished it in only a couple of minutes. It was a full twenty minutes before I had a refill. A few minutes later I had emptied that glass (way too much ice, not much drink). It was never refilled again. At a table next to ours, I saw that server bring multiple refills in the same dinning time. Our server did not revisit our table until we were ready to leave. Perhaps she was new or just having a bad night....

Portion size are getting toooooo small! Ordered the Ultimate F. and the actual size of the served food (LOBSTER)was about a forth of the photo in the menu. crab lags were a joke; 2 of them were empty, nothing at all like the photo.. I ASKED IF THE CORN WAS INCLUDED AS ONE OF THE 2 SIDES; she said yes and I was charged extra for it! I have gout, asked for grilled shrimp instead of fried/breaded, that was also an extra charge. My wife and I have been going to this same restaurant since we were dating (been married for 31 years) and I have always asked for the shrimp this way and it was not/never an extra charge! They are replacing nothing JUST COOKED DIFFERENT! 30USD FOR EACH OF OUR PLATES (PLUS THE DRINKS) AND THEY STILL NICKLE AND DIME US!

We had to wait for a table for two we needed two chairs in the meantime they told us it would be about 10 minutes and we would have it next thing we know the 10 minutes has passed a couple with came in and there were three of them and they gave the table to them and so we had to wait another 10 in order our food and first part came just fine then we ordered the entree and part of it was crab legs the crab legs never come completely hot nobody seems to be able to tell me why and our waitress could care less if we had all that we wanted or if we wanted anything else.

Unfortunately i didnt bring in my camera to take any photos, not sure how establishments feel about that but i wish i did. I had the Salomon new Orleans with a side of mashed potatoes and zucchini with squash. Simply brilliant dish, the salmon was perfect topped with shrimp the flavors were amazing too. Everything was simply delightful. Our waitress was great too, we came in off the street looking kind of bummy and very undecisive but she accommodated us perfectly. Sorry not to catch her name. Just a great place yummmmmmm

The prices are outrageous. The staff was rude and the manager wasnt helpful for out situation. We were served dinner before the soup and biscuits came out. The drinks were forgotten and when we reminded the wait staff, they brought us the wrong drinks. They do not have many options for non-seafood dishes. Thats not a problem, just so people can plan accordingly.
