Walk up to the door; store hours posted 5am-midnight and a sign on the door that says open 24hours. Door locked. A black man walked out and opened the door for a black man and me and my girlfriend. The "manager" says they dont have anyone to operate the cash register but shed take his order inside bit we would have to go thru drive-thru. Me and my girlfriend walked from Methodist University downtown to that burger king to be turned away because we are white. The black man who walked up to the door with us was allowed to have his order taken while we were sent away. This store gets 0 stars.

Got to buger king 2 mins b4 close they so GHETTO they let bums and homeless chill in lobby and do the most, but they dont want to let me in before 10. Then they give me 2 buns and no meat. Wow...the whole crew laugh as if it was a practical joke. They are all kid including the night managers. So Unprofessional. I would love to speak to the owner of the burger or a real manager and report the games they are playing.

So this Burger King is very HOOSIER!! We saeriously waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for a single Burger and a fudge Sunday! Aaaaaannnnddd our Burger was made wrong .... so what does the worker do she yells at the kitchen staff that its WRONG and leaves the window open as she throws her tantrum!! And i was really disapthey did NOT have any Cofffffeeeee REALLY!!!???

I have to agree with the other posts. I ordered a chicken tender kids meal for my daughter and waited 20 minutes for it. I had to ask for sauce (after I told her what type while ordering) and even had to ask for the toy. I normally dont complain about bad service, but they seemed to be annoyed by the fact that they were at work. The manager was just as bad.

Place is trashed..Service was ok..The hand didnt know what the foot was doing per se. Alot of confusion.....soda machine parts are laying on the floor. No ketchup and/ or cups to get any. Water all over the floor by soda machine and tables nearby. Just disorderly all the way around. Food was ok considering all things

Order a Parmesan Chicken sandwich and get a completely different sandwich, original chicken crispy which I dont feel like going back to complain cause it seems they cant even offer ketchup to a customer. They want $15 and hour and cant even get the order correct what is wrong with that picture.

I literally had the worst customer service of my life tonight. I may never eat at burger king again. The employees decided to close early and hid when I knocked on the door. At the drive thru the manager herself lied to me. They all deserve to loose their jobs. Just ridiculous!!!!!

poor; pancakes cold ; out of regular syrup packages. They put syrup in small plastic condiment containers and half covered them with plastic wrap. The syrup leaked from the make - do containers . Took approx. 10 minutes to correct after I drove bacc to BK

Visited on 3/11/17 at about 2 a.m. and I was impressed!! Great customer service, great food, and fast! Everything was a 5 star rating. Increase your employees pay as long as they keep it up. Keep any sign of bad attitude out! This restaurant was great!

We went to this burger king and had to wait in the drive through for 50 minutes before our order was even taken! And another 20 minutes to get our food. Just dont bother. The veggie burgers werent even *that* good.

They have such a high turnover rate when it comes to their workers. Part time workers become full time workers even though they signed up for part time. Will not give them full time benefits.
