It doesnt even deserve one star. I went there just last night. Through drive thru. There were no cars in front of me or behind me and maybe 2 cars parked in front. It takes 3 mins to even take my order ( 4 basic tacos) with no greeting at all. I pull up to the window and the women was on her phone ( Facebook Messenger) messaging people, then took my card swiped it. Messaged while it was ringing up. She then had my receipt and my card in her left hand holding the window handle but before she could actually give me my card, she had to reply to a few more people on Facebook Messenger as Im waiting to just get my card back. I eventually told her " I want my card back!" And she pressed send and then handed me my card. The manager actually handed me my food and I told him that she was on her phone and he ask " her?" I said " Yep and her phone is on the register " and I drove away. Absolutely terrible service.

Took half an hour to get my food after ordering and they werent busy. One employee was on their phone while taking the order of the couple in front of me. Every employee including the manager was rude. One employee didnt finish letting one couple making their order before they started asking questions. When I was about to ask for my money back and go elsewhere they finally gave me my order. My platter was half assed, the eggs were burnt, I had one little tiny piece of bacon in there and the hashbrown tasted stale. It looked like the food was just tossed into platter. My croissant looked like someone put it together with their eyes closed. Rude employees and poorly put together and cooked food.

Disgusting place.. Will never go there again... cockroaches on the counters, flies everywhere, dead wasps in the urinals. I was a manager for a different food chain and if i walked in and my store looked like this Id be doing a quick change in employees.. nobody there had a nice attitude and the fries and hash browns sit there without the heat lamp on for literally the entire 30 minutes I was in there..

Used the drive thru on a Saturday morning. Waited 5 minutes to even place our order and had to get the attendants attention first, no greeting at all and were then told "hang on a minute". Only one car in front of us. Got to the window and sat there 10minutes before they took our money, had to ask for our drinks and the sandwiches were cold. Go elsewhere for your Jack fix.

I went to there last night around 2:30 am to get some food and the lady was acting very odd. When she gave me my food she was trying not to laugh and said "enjoy" I got home and took a bite and it tastes awful! I think they peed in the fkin Mayo.... I called the manger and the cops. I will never go back.....

The lettuce on my sandwich was black and slimy on the edges. The mens room had no soap or towels and the floor was wet with, umm, water? (I hope the employees have a separate bathroom with soap.) Oh, and the tables, trays, and counters were sticky.

We were not impressed at all. The pancakes were like leather. The kids would not eat their tacos. The bacon and Swiss was dry. The only thing that was worth eating was the breakfast sandwich number 28. This was our first and last visit.

Bathrooms were growing bacteria all over. Tables were dirty. Cashier was friendly but service and general feeling. Dirty and run down. Skip it and find somewhere else for breakfast.

Gross. Bathrooms were disgusting. Garbage on the floor in the kitchen. Never would I eat at this place. We stopped to used the restrooms and moved on.
