Worst service from the waiter David.I was there last week on Tuesday it took him 10 minutes to attend my family.He didnt even wrote down my order when were a group of 6 people,my first order took a long time after that I order some wings and it also took him 20 min I was so disappointed that I told him I wanted them to go.He also didnt ask me for a refill or if we needed anything else. Last but not least he got my order wrong then had to bring me another one which took along time.When I went to pay he put the bill on the counter and left he didnt even told me thank you and the place wasnt even busy.I am a frequent customer that comes every Tuesday.I love the food at bar louie I have gone to various ones ,but this specific location where I like how the food tastes had the worst service.I would like the manager to look at this comment.Do I recommend this restaurant?Yes for the food.Would I return to this place ?yes,BUT if I received the same waiter I would demand another one or change tables.

Small place inside the Holiday Inn. Was there on a Friday night around 10:30. Some people at the bar and a few tables. Lots of male serving staff, few customers. We are approached right away and we ordered drinks. Drinks were good but no server ever came back. We had just gotten off a long flight and were starving. We had been looking at the menu when the drinks were served but no one ever came back to take our order. Had to go hunt someone down to order. Didnt wait too long for the food and it was very good but after it was delivered again no none returned. We had asked for water and utensils but he never returned. Again we had to go hunt someone down! After we finally got utensils and water he came back with the check - never asked if we needed anything else. To pay we had to give it to the bar maid because again we couldnt find a server. We saw at least 5 servers and there were about 4 tables of guests.

2 drinks took about 15 mins. It was $1 burger night but then they overcharge for a burger. It was corrected but still a pain. We did notice that it was half price appetizers from 5-7 pm so I ordered some calamari. The server even double checked the menu to make sure it was half price, and it was. Come check time, they charged full price. She spoke with the manager and he said that whoever put it in the computer put it at 7 so it didnt count. It was rude and disrespectful. Never going back there again. It stinks since its right around the corner from my new home.

We had Brittany as a waitress and she is awesome. Poor thing was being way overworked though but she was like super woman with the many over needy tables that she was waiting on 1$ burger night. I would have given five stars but obviously the manager needs to work on organizing the load on certain staff during their busiest nights and maybe be present to help with impatient people and recognize his/her hard workers. But way to go Brittany, we will be back next Tuesday!

Generally nice, casual place to have drinks and watch sports. The standout, for me, is Creisse, the bartender. Prompt, helpful service plus a cheerful, terrific personality. Worth going to see her every Tuesday night - they also have $1.00 burgers that night as an added incentive. She is there on weekends also.

From a business traveler I know better than to eat at hotel resturaunts... this place is great however. Food does not taste "commercial" prices are great and above all really really really cute waitresses with fast attenative service. This place is my new hotel for business trips to chicago area....

Their burgers are awesome, yes. But apparently if youre not the only people in the joint, and if you dont have a large party, the waitresses will pointedly ignore you, and congregate to giggle in the corner. Waiting 20 minutes (we timed it), and not a single person stopped by... thats a little much.

The Bar tender tried to double charge me and a friend. I paid our tab, then ordered another beer, the bar tender added the beer to the original tab and expected us to pay for the same drinks we ALREADY paid for....Keep an eye on your Tab...

I have been coming to the Skokie location for over a year now. I have yet to experience a restaurant/bar with better service. From the bartenders to the managers. Over all favorite place to relax after a long night.

Lazy inattentive late night service. Slow kitchen staff, a place of nachos shouldnt take 30 minutes to prepare. Drinks are not value priced, overall I wouldnt recommend this bar if your staying at the Holiday Inn.

Had breakfast here as it is in Holiday Inn. They had few items for breakfast but bread was old. Orange juice they got me was totally stale and very bitter tasting!
