Exelent customer sercice the waiter was attentive polite and very helpful. Me and my girlfriend were there on a Sunday, there was a 10 minute wait to get a table. The place its very popular so it was crowded by lunch time, it was my girlfriend and I first time eating there so we didnt know what to expect but we had a good experience. They have a lot of dishes to choose from, unfortunately for me I wish they had more pancake options but they do have few on thier menu I did loved how the diced potatoes taste I dont know what they put on them but I like it definitely give them a try. They have a lot of healthy option and their price its moderate, friendly enviroment and clean tables! I do think its better than going to IHOP in my opinion. The only bad thing with my experience it was a small hair in the potatoes BUT we ask the waiter to replace them we didnt think it was a big deal so we just left it at that we got an apology and fresh new dish with delutious potatoes.

I dont live anywhere near Schaumburg, but I come here just for Egg Harbors breakfast. This place has such fast and friendly staff who love to take the time to chat and laugh at the funny cat video on your phone. We got our food in ten minutes, and our coffee cups were never empty. When I told the server that this was the perfect start to my birthday, he suddenly appeared with pancakes topped with whipped cream, sprinkles, and a candle! Everyone was wishing me happy birthday (even passing waiters and waitresses), and I couldnt stop smiling. The food is to die for (I recommend Cassies Crepes), and they even have fruit water out front if you need to wait a bit for a table. Id give this place 10 stars if I could. Best breakfast in Illinois.

The restaurant was terrible! Our food came out 10 minutes apart! My childrens food was cold, my eggs were practically raw, they still smelled! My husband was finished eating when his pancakes and bacon were both delivered. When I just wanted to pay and leave, I gave feedback and was made to sit and wait to talk with a manager. That took another 5 minutes just to find one. Then, when I spoke to a manager, she said she knew that had happened, she didnt know why, but then was willing to do nothing unless I wanted something to go. I am a hotel General Manager in Schaumburg and I will make sure my staff does not recommend this restaurant for food or service! Wildberry is amazing all around for food and service!

So today, I decided I wanted a real breakfast - a breakfast I didnt have to unwrap and had to use a fork and knife so I stopped at Egg Harbor. Its nearby my office and Id heard pretty good reviews. I ordered a custom scramble and orange juice; it took roughly 7 minutes and I was on my way. Best decision I made all day today. Not only was the food delicious, it was absolutely filling and fueled me for the rest of the morning and into my lunch hour (I had a fruit salad for lunch so I wouldnt be starved leaving work). Excellent food and service, Ill definitely be back. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day...and Egg Harbor does a terrific job of breakfast!

20 year customer. Hinsdale, Barrington, Arlington Heights and more. Terrible service this week at Schaumburg store. Rather than re-serve my wife " new" breakfast the server had her switch plates thus scooping" the in cooked eggs onto another plate then giving a saucer sized plate with revised new undone eggs. That on top of French Toast that was batterless and also "uncooked". Terrible. When asked about the sloppy service and unprofessional kitchen service... everyone at the check out was speechless or arrogant. No more.

We are big fans of egg harbor. We were very happy they opened this one in Schaumburg. It has the same great menu and service as all the other egg harbor restaurants. The kids love the rainbow pancakes. I love the banana bread French toast. They give you a craft of coffee to keep at the table and they even offer you a "to-go" cup for your coffee when youre ready to leave. Be sure to try the strawberry orange juice.

Friendly staff! Charming environment! Love that water is already at the table so I dont have to bug staff for refills...also seen this for people who had coffee. Large menus but not overwhelming. So much food, amazing tastes too. Way it should be when you treat yourself to going out. Price well worth the quality and amount of food. Will be coming back offten. Thanks for the tea to go, on this cold rainy day!

Excellent food and friendly service staff. Coffee to go is a great bonus. The only downside is the wait time can be long and while the food is really good, the prices are a bit on the high side. While you night pay the same for a similar egg dish elsewhere, most other places give you free sides that you wont get here. I guess youre paying for slightly higher quality.

Awesome place for breakfast or brunch! I had the San Antonio skillet and my wife had the cinnamon roll french toast. Both were delicious! Service was awesome! Everyone was really friendly. Great place for families! If you are in the area or if you are doing some shopping at Woodfield mall you should definitely stop by for some terrific food.

The food was excellent and the service was quick. Give the eggs benedict a try if you get a chance; my friend and I found that to be surprisingly well done. One thought though was the sheer number of staff on deck. Maybe theyre normally more busy, but it was a bit intimidating with loads of people standing at the counter with a sparse house.

A great place to eat for breakfast Alot of organic choices if u like eating really healthy. Great strawberry lemonade with basil and lemon. The special for today was apple chunk pancakes with graham crackers drizzled with caramel and topped with whip cream. Prime rib skillet is amazing This is a must go if you live or vist Schaumburg IL

The orange juices here are fantastic, as is the service. We both ordered skillets and they were decent. The potatoes in them were dry and underseasoned, but the rest was good. The English muffins come with homemade jam, which was awesome. My hot chocolate wasnt very hot or "chocalatey." Overall, good place for breakfast.

Visiting from out of town and so glad we stumbled upon this place! This location just opened - we had the veggie power skillet and the seasonal pumpkin roll French toast... Both were amazing. Our service was quick, attentive, and our waitress Patti was wonderful and offered good suggestions. I definitely recommend!!!

Had a great egg-sperience ;) The Bacon Jam Bennys are excellent, and so is their polish sausage. The cold brew coffee and dirty chai latte were both fresh and tasty! The only thing that caught us off guard was that the breakfast potatoes arent crispy or browned at all... Still good though! Would visit again.

Love having an Egg harbor so close to home. This location does get quite packed on the weekends being in a very high traffic area. Its also tucked very far away from the street so its hard to know its even there. They do have eggceptional food though. I especially love the Banana bread french toast.
