Barista didnt put the lid on all the way and I spilled hot coffee all over my hand when I picked it up. As a former employee I know that the lids are sketchy sometimes so I just asked her to double check in the future since she knows that this is a problem. She just made a bunch of excuses about how its not her fault. Then as I was leaving I realized that she didnt even put whip on my drink like I had asked for. Its a simple drink, Americano with whip. Its the only thing I get, ever. When I told her she forgot the whip she told me it was my fault because I didnt ask for whip. Really? Its not even an extra charge. Just apologize and add whip. It happens half the time I order it because every barista hears Americano and just tunes out the rest. Im used to that by now but I dont appreciate being blamed for her negligence. Especially when its Starbucks policy not to question or make accusations of the customer when they have a problem with a drink. Hopefully this barista gets her act together or she is going to have a very miserable time working at Starbucks.

Ummmmm so I was at 124.6 stars, and with the rewards program you need 125 for a free drink. I bought a piece of banana bread to push myself over the threshold and waited for the stars to apply, but they didnt show up. I told the manager about it and she said that sometimes it takes 24 hours to register, and that Id have to just buy my drink and wait until tomorrow. She wouldnt honor the .4 of a star that I actively attempted to make up for right there. I had come in that morning specifically for a free drink, and I ended up with a piece of banana bread I didnt want, and paying for something that should have been free.

Service was fast, quality was good and every employee had a smile of their face. This is one of the only Starbucks I go to and am happy to drive to this location just for these reasons.
