I went in with high expectations to this newly opened Wildberry Pancakes & Cafe restaurant that opened in Schaumburg, IL. The place (setting and atmosphere) is great as expected from a newly opened restaurant. The service was slow, either understaffed or untrained personnel manning the tables. Took forever to get our food and a cup of coffee was refilled finally about 1 minute before the check came. I had their pancakes and to be honest, it was average, maybe even below average. I had their "MultiGrain" pancake offering and it wasnt good at all. I can even put IHOPs Nut n Grain pancakes well above Wildberrys MultiGrain option. If you want a really good pancake, go to Egg Harbor Cafe, any pancakes they offer I can say is the best Ive had. Wildberry, overpriced, overhyped....I was disappointed and will not go back.

It has been our family tradition now for a few years to start our vacation by going to Wildberry. So much so that other times we have gone it has felt "Weird". That being said this is a great place to start. Everyone loves the breakfast. My oldest son recommends the Red Velvet French toast. I typically get a half-order of biscuits and gravy; a full order is more than I need. My wife loved the skillets but this year got the oatmeal with berries. Wait times on the weekends is long, but that is to be expected really. Great wait staff and super clean bathrooms.

This place is a top-notch breakfast spot, with a much nicer decor and ambiance than most typical breakfast spots. Admittedly, they do lunch (and dinner, I think), so its not a pure "breakfast spot", but, still, I was impressed. I had corned beef hash which was decent, but needed more corned beef and more onions and green peppers. The corned beef itself was excellent. I also had a smores specialty pancake that was insanely sweet, but quite yummy. Would stop in here again if in the area (I only get up to Schaumburg once a year or so) without question.

Best brunch restaurant Ive been to. Every one of their pancakes are so delicious, but the Signature Berry Bliss takes the cake! You cant not order it. The skillets and eggs are also excellent. Wait can be quite long, and they dont take reservations on weekends so be prepared. Decent price for a lot of food. Front desk staff are inexperienced and can be unaccommadtibng towards large parties but managers/serves are always warm and friendly. Food never fails to put a smile on your face.

Awesome! After 2 days of meager breakfasts at our Comfort Suites, we decided to treat ourselves to a good breakfast. Happened upon Wildberry and after a bit of a wait (well worth it), we were seated and enjoyed a fabulous breakfast. The omelets were delicious, and if you want to really treat yourself, get the signature pancake with berries. It is absolutely to die for. The only suggestion Id make is offering some kind of beverage while you wait -- either coffee or ice water.

Outstanding brunch option in the suburbs. Lines are typically long but fast moving and worth the wait. Mexican skillet with chorizo is perfect if you like a bit of spice. Tiramisu and chocolate chip pancakes are some of the best Ive had. Outdoor seating is available for those beautiful summer afternoons but plenty of indoor seating as well. Some items are large enough to share and the service has always been wonderful. Dined here many times and will continue to do so.

Ive only been here a couple of times, and both times have been a great experience. The food is high quality and tasty. They are able to accommodate pretty much any substitution for your dietary needs. If there was a downside it would have to be the wait you most likely will have to incur, due to its popularity. They have a cafe in the waiting area, which definitely makes the wait seem shorter. The portions are very big so make sure you go hungry. Overall great place.

The best pancakes I I ever ate (And I dont care for pancakes). Im only giving 4 stars because of the 45 min wait. Im talking massive crowd waiting outside. I go rarely for that reason. Sometimes for takeout or weekdays (still packed). Its not their fault they are popular but I wonder why they havent expanded with all the $$ they make inside a few hours. They could make more $$$ and become more accommodating by popular demand. Im sure many would agree with me on this

This place is great. My wife and I have been there several times and I have to say that the food and service have always been excellent. Weve tried a variety of pancakes, Tiramisu and Wildberry my favorites and the salads and sandwiches were amazingly fresh and good looking dishes. Atmosphere there is very warm and contemporary, or so my wife says, personally I just think its a very nice place and the staff is always on the ball. Definitely recommend it.

A restaurant straight out of a magazine in terms of deliciousness. My dad, my step mom, and I strolled in last summer just looking for some breakfast. Little did we know, we had strolled into what would later become one of the very best restaurants Ive ever visited. From quality of ingredients, to the atmosphere, to its stellar reputation, this is hands down one of the elite breakfast restaurants in the Midwest. Simply outstanding.

This restaurant is always crowded. Personally I was not that impressed after giving them 3 chances to "wow" me enough to pay their prices. They are open for breakfast and lunch so opprtunities to visit are somewhat limited. Being in Schaumburg is quite challenging because competition is fierce and prolific. Ive found more suitable alternatives for the selection, price and service offered here. Also, not very handicapped accessible.

Long, long lines. Thats a good thing, means that the food is good. But its DEFINITELY a bad thing if you dont have a reservation. So make sure that you reserve your table ahead! The cooks are doing great work :) I had a hash, it was colossal, and the flavors were all on point. Price - sort of high. Not eggregiously high, but the place isnt cheap. Overall, Id recommend Wildberry, its fun. Make sure to get a reservation, though!

An absolute Must for Breakfast lovers! Their Berry Bliss pancakes are extraordinarily delicious and the fluffy omelets are quite filling. A perfect choice for a "Carb day" or a "protein day." My chief complaint is that the chairs and booths feel very low to the ground and it is what makes me rather anxious in visiting. Those of us who suffer from injuries, or happen to be a Disabled Vet (as I am) would understand.

My only complaint here is the coffee drinks they serve. Capuchino is tooooo bitter, latte is watery. They claim that they are serving Intelligentsia Coffee, but i know the taste of Intelligentsia Coffee and what they sell, cant even compare to Intelligentsia. Probably they just dont know how to make perfect espresso shots but again, its not a coffee place, its a breakfast place. Overall food, is good, no complaints.

I first visited this location earlier in the year in downtown Chicago. I recently tried the same restaurant in the suburbs. Very good service at both locations. The restaurant has a comfortable atmosphere. The decor was modern. The food was excellent. This is one of my favorite breakfast style restaurants. I would highly recommend this place for a good old fashion American breakfast.
