I was visiting my Aunt and Uncle in Carillon tonight and we ordered dinner from this restuarant just outside the gates. A big order as my brother and his wife were there too. Total of six people ; we all got dinner and appetizers. I have no idea at this time what the bill came to as I gave my Aunt and Sister in Law my credit card to pay for dinner. The restuarant refused my credit card because my Aunts name didnt match the credit card and name on order. My 80 year old Aunt asked them to call me to verify credit card.....they refused and would only take her credit card to pay bill. My Aunt made my Sister in Law not tell me about this.....we all left their house around 9:30pm. When I got home my Sister in law called me to tell me what happened. Needless to say I am very upset....I called my Aunt to find out what happened and why she paid. Her answer was that it would have upset my 80 year old Uncle and she didnt want to cause a scene. Why would this restuarant intimidate an 80 year old woman? As far as I am concerned I will never use this place again and hopeful the people of Carillon will think twice about what happened to my Aunt......and consider another takeout place. I will be going to the restuarant tomorrow to see if I can fix this but my guess is the charge wont be reversed.

No utensils, no napkins... not even any fortune cookies??? :( We were like Whaaa??? Pot sticker "sauce" came in a container WAY too small to dip them in. :( (1" across the top) Pot sticker sauce spilled all over, a complete mess!! We asked for no msg... well see how we feel tomorrow... :( Not impressed at all... and we havent even had the entree yet... Giving an extra star with hope... The entrees were indeed large (at least for us) and we got egg rolls too which we did not order (as a bonus???) Ive heard rumors of chinese restaurants serving "mystery meat", so my hope is that these are in fact real chicken egg rolls and not _ _ _ meat... Sketchy.... Although delivery was very prompt, it was close to closing time, so I cant compare to high volume times like lunch and dinner. Hopefully your delivery will arrive quickly! :) I made my own "fortune" for the night... "Do unto others as you would have them do into you." :) Be blessed! :)

unsatisfied customer well after having an excellent day had to admit that businesses dont even care about how to mantain your regular common customers. Ive been coming to this place for years now they even know me by name and for something so easy asking for a hot sauce after paying 45 dollars for one order they still were inconsiderate of trying to charge a miserable .25c. charge. rice tasted like burned third time already1!!! chicken was too dry. they are not only going to lose me as a customer but I will definetely tell all the people I know not to ever go to this funky place again. customer service lessons will do it.!!!!!!!

Food was ok. The Rangoon was good, but the general Tso chicken was spicier than need be and took away from the flavor of the food. The Mongolian Beef and combo fried rice was way too salty. Adding more white rice mad eit better. I can tell the food would have been really good otherwise. I also knocked off a star for lack of a website. A basic diy site is like 200 a year and gets customers access to things like up to date menu and pricing. All in all not bad, but has potential to be a lot better

The food here is bland!!! The chicken was dry and tasted re-heated, the beef wasnt cooked well and was still jiggling. My gf found hard little pieces that looked like small teeth in here beef and broccoli that she never seen before from 3 previous places. Never goin here again!

Ordered Beef almond ding and they gave me Chicken instead. It was 95% celery and 5 %meat and carrots. Way over priced and they lack customer service skills. Would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. Dont waste your time. The bad thing was it didnt even taste good.

If you want low quality food go to this place. My chicken was fatty and gamy tasting. My friends beef was still red because it wasnt cooked. Yeah the portions are big, but thats because they bought cheap food to make it with. Spend your money elsewhere.

Excellent food, nice big portion sizes, and great prices. Good food, large portions. Disregard the previous post, by a local competing restaurant owner, that likes to send spam. The food is always good, and very fresh. Its a great place for take out.

Its has the most consistent service in the area food and delivery. I always get it delivered, never been in the restaurant. Missing a star only because I ask for extra sweet and sour Everytime and always get just two packets, lol.

I placed an order with them and after they FORGOT a part of my order they tried to Recharge me to bring me the missed part of my order. The person taking the order was VERY RUDE. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE for a mistake that they made!!

My family has been coming here for 6 years. Love the food especially the Generals Tsao Chicken and the Crab Rangoon and my wife loves the smoothies. Dont understand the comments on rudeness Ive always found the owner pleasant.

I get delivery from here sometimes, and it is nothing special. It is your classic Americanized Chinese food that is typically oversweetened, oversalty, and sometimes greasy. But hey, they deliver, so that makes up for a lot.

To be honest Im a very basic person so honestly the best out of anything I always like to eat is the orange chicken and the chicken fried rice and Ive been coming here my whole life and I am never disappointed

Seafood fried rice was 90% rice with only ~10% shrimp and other seafood meat. Very disappointing. It cost over $11 for a large. I would NOT RECOMMEND this restaurant unless you eat in to verify quality food.

Stayed at the Best Western Romeoville Inn. Lovely food. Had the food for a week as I visited Chicago from the UK for a week. Big portions and good service. Still dream of the food...............lush. .

Never on time for a delivery ever. Shitty customer service, very rude on the phone. They wont deliver to my work now, because we complain too much about them never being on time.
