It was about 10 deg outside and not feeling like leaving the house to pick up food. I decided to order from this place. A child picked up the phone and took my order. Order went smooth, gave them my address, phone number and credit card info, then told me itll be delivered in 30 minutes. I waited over an hour and no show. I called back the place and the kid said my credit wasnt going through, they supposedly called my number back and some angry person answered. I had them repeat my phone number back to me and they got the wrong number. I asked if theres an adult to take my call instead and she said no one there speaks English but her. And I simply said goodbye, thank you for ruining my afternoon. NO FOOD and they have my credit card info written somewhere.

This restaurant recently reopened with new management. I never ate at the old restaurant but came here once it reopened. Its super authentic Chinese style hot pot for only 15.95 per person. You get a choice of lamb or beef and all the seafood and veggies you see in this picture. Great broth and all the right dipping sauces. Our server was constantly waiting on us, bringing hot broth, hot water refills for our tea, and was super kind and polite. One of the best Chinese restaurants in Naperville.

My husband is Taiwanese and he has tried pretty much every Chinese restaurant in the Naperville area. He says Tongs is the BEST, bar none. We love the fish fillet with bok choy and rice noodles, as well as black pepper beef and walnut shrimp. The servers and owner are really friendly, and the food is just delicious. Really good deals on lunch specials as well.

I enjoyed my visit to Chinese Harvest; bit of a weird name. It used to be named "tongs" if I recall correctly Fook was tasty, the atmosphere relaxed. However, when we sat down, and I asked for a coke, I was given a can of coke with a straw in it. I guess they dont have a "soda machine" despite having a decently size dine-in area,

We go there once a while because of there are nearby businesses we like. The food is just like other Chinese restaurants, and gives very good portion. The only thing we were not so thrilled was they charged you 15% tips after the tax when handing you the check, more than once we tipped them twice! Thats not ethical.

I wish I could have given it zero stars. Poor service, nasty & over-cooked food. Also very there are no dinner meals, such as there are for lunch, making dinner way overpriced. In fact the food almost made my daughter throw up. Never again are we going there.

Awful. Food was un-authentic, one of the meat dishes came and was pink/frozen in the middle. Service was slow and one of our dishes was forgotten. Will never return.

After the change in management, this restaurant has a fantastic Sichuan menu and many delicious dishes. The lunch menu pricing is a bargain!
