Most of my family members have been regulars even before I was born and for good reason: 1. The ingredients they use and dishes are always prepared fresh before serving. They take a great deal of pride in this. 2. They have a wide variety of dishes. Ive tried them all, and there isnt a single dish my family dislikes. 3. The customer service is phenomenal. Ask and you shall receive. This may be one of my favorite aspects of the establishment. 4. It has a relaxed, family friendly appeal to it, despite having a somewhat hole-in-the-wall-esque location. 5. Management treats BOTH their regular customers and employees like family. Theyre just all around wonderful people.

My husband and I as well as the rest of my family loves going to Gong Ho. The servers have always been friendly and the food has always been tasty. We have gone there for years. If you want Chinese food that is palatable to an American, tasty, and not pricey, then Gong Ho is for you. We especially like going at lunch time because their lunch menu is VERY affordable. Im not sure why some reviewers gave it a bad wrap because weve never been unsatisfied.

Great place to go for lunch. Almost all lunch options are under $5. Tough to find a price that good around here. We usually go around the time they open (11:30am) and they fill up quick. Service can get a bit slow when there are so many people. The food comes out relatively quick making this a good lunch option. The food is good. I have yet to have any dish that wasnt good. Recommended! Became a regular June - Aug 2014

The food @ this establishment is good, but the customer service is horrible, tried calling in an order and the level of customer service I received, an animal gets treated better. NEVER WILL I PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE FROM GONG HO RESTURANT. I WORK VERY HARD FOR MY MONEY TO SPEND IT ON AN ESTABLISHMENT THAT TREATS THERE CUSTOMER S LIKE ANIMALS

We have been going to Gong Ho for over ten years! We love crab rangoon, chicken and broccoli, #3, and shrimp with lobster sauce. All are excellent dishes. The prices are incredibly low and I dont know how they can make any profit with their prices so low. I highly recommend Gong Ho!

This is a quiet treasure. Its located behind a Mexican restaurant but its the best Chinese food in the area and its cheap!! The staff is nice and dont bother you much. The hours are kinda funny because sometimes I show up and they should be open but they are closed so call ahead.

Staff is very nice but food seemed like it was prepackaged frozen chicken. The broccoli was also not fresh either. The egg rolls were ok. Egg drop soup tasted like it was sitting too long. They need fresher non frozen prepackaged ingredients. What would chef Ramsey say?

This place is horrible! I went there for the first time the other day and It gave me food poisoning and I had to go to the hospital! They should pay for my medical bills now. Dont ever order here!!!!! I had the shrimp fried rice

Great food and very low prices. You get a lot of food for what they charge. Great for families on a budget, excellent lunch and dinner specails. I have been coming here for years and its been very good every time.

The food is average at best and they dont even deliver. There are so many other chinese food places that are doing so much more that I wouldnt even consider this one.
