The food was fresh, not greasy. It was perfectly seasoned. The restaurant is clean and not cluttered. The employees are friendly. They have a variety of options for all palates. I am especially impressed with their grilled options. The only thing that prevented 5 stars was the long wait for 2 catfish fillets. Ypu have definitely gained a new customer.
