Terrible experience!!!!!!! I BOUGHT an eight piece mixed and when I got home there was BLOOD COMING OUT OF ONE OF THE THIGHS! I WRAPPED IT UP TO TAKE IT BACK THE NEXT DAY!!! IT WAS ALREADY LATE AND I FIGURED I WOULDNT HAVE A PROBLEM RETURNING IT BECAUSE IT WAS WITHIN 24 HOURS!! ON THE WAY I CALLED THEM AND TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPENED! THEY SAID THEY WERE TOO BUSY TO TALK AND ASKED WHY DIDNT I RETURN IT THE SAME DAY! IT WAS ALREADY GETTING LATE AND I DIDNT FEEL LIKE GOING RIGHT BACK. ALSO I WENT THERE QUITE A FEW TIMES BEFORE AND I DIDNT THINK ID HAVE A PROBLEM!! SO I TOOK THE CHICKEN BACK ANYWAY AND SHOWED THEM THE BLOOD IN IT!! TURNED AROUND AND WALKED OUT!!! IM VERY ANGRY AND UPSET BECAUSE OF THE WAY I WAS TREATED!!! IM TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT MY AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SHARKS!! I JUST CANT BELIEVE IT!!! I WILL CALL CORPORATE OFFICE IN THE MORNING ALSO!!!

The fish was over cooked. I waited over ten minutes after I ordered and the long wait was obvious when I got home with the food. It was horribly over done. While waiting I overheard someone order their food and say that they didnt want it fried hard. It was puzzling at first but I soon found out when I bit into my extra hard (not crispy but hard) catfish. On the menu it said it was extra for all steak pieces I also found this to be odd since usually it is the fish without bones that is extra. They do not even know what pieces of fish they are preparing since I was expecting fillets since I didnt specifically order steak pieces as shown at the bottom of the menu. Instead when I got home I had a handful of hard, dried out catfish, full of bones. Save your money the wait is too long and over cooking the food is the norm.

Ordered 50 party wings and they were terrible and cooked in fish grease. I truly hate the fact that the response when I called to tell them about it was this is what we order and we dont know what we get. You should know what you get when you open the package and get ready to cook them. I have ordered party wings from this place for two different occasions and they were better than what I received today.

Called in a order this evening, when I arrived the gentlemen were playing catch behind the counter where the food is being cooked and prepared, which is unsanitary to the upmost. I then inquired about my order that I callled in 20 minutes prior to my arival and it was not ready, customer service was rude. If Harolds was around I would not have wasted my time. Never going back.

Im here almost weekly. Ive only gotten their fried chicken and catfish . The catfish is always good, fresh, and fried to perfection. Im not sure what happened last week, but their chicken was fried kind of hard and seemed like it was cooked in old grease. Any other time its good, but last week not so much.

I ordered a 30 piece mixed legs, thighs and wings but instead just got 30 legs and thighs. My chicken was over cooked and over seasoned and I waited 30 minutes for that crap! Never again will I EVER go to this Sharks. I will just stick to Sharks and Tonys in Harvey.

Horrible customer service, over fried food and rude employees. Theres a sharks on 167th Pulaski and one in Matteson on Cicero. Theyre not as close as this location but theyre both worth the drive. They have excellent customer service and a better quality of food.

Excellent food, me and all my friends enjoy coming after work grabbing a nice dinner and talking to the people in the store, great people, great service, always walked out with a smile and good food, look forward to everytime I go there, they never disappoint

NOT HAPPY WITH THIS PLACE NOW. It used to be better but now when I call in for a 10 wing I am told 20 min. Ok. I dealt with that but when I came in I had to wait 20+more minutes for my food. This is not the first time it has happened.
