DONT EVER COME TO THIS POPEYES LOCATION!!!!! They the WORST absolute WORST customer service!!!!! How are you going to charge some $8 for cups, when they purchased a gallon of lemonade??! When we were going to dine in the restaurant??.... They are very rude employees, very impatient. The cashier that was ringing people out continuously would just throw change into his drawer, you could tell he was very bothered by the long line that built up because of the very SLOW service they gave. When we first came in there was no customers, and we still had to wait for a our food for 20 MINUTES!!!! While we were waiting for our food, there was an employee taking lunch in the dining room area, and she was talking very obnoxiously loud on the phone, you could hear her WHOLE conversation, about "hoe wearin nothing but tank and panties" and throwing curse words left to right, my children were listening for god sakes and she seen that we had children and continued to talk vulgar. We left as soon as we got our food.. NEVER AGAIN!!! I will be also calling the BBB on them! (If any management were to see this and would like to take action, this was took place on 4/29/2015 @ 7:15 pm)

This past weekend I went through the drive through which was a half hour wait. I finally received my chicken and the lady when walked away from the window was acting very suspicious when handing over my chicken. I was wondering what was up with her. When I finally get home I knew why she kept looking at me as I was leaving.. I received the worst chicken I have ever recieved in my life. It was all dried up as if sitting for hours, possibly day. I heard all the rumors about this place and sure enough it is the worst Popeyes I have ever visited. It a ghetto piece of trash and needs to be shut down. One star is still to worthy of this place, if I could i would leave a -5! Does corporate Popeyes care about these reviews, and its customers?

They got my order wrong twice when I placed it and forgot my drink. The drive-thru cashier was upset at me for asking for it again (rolled her eyes and all). As I was waiting, I heard the cashier laughing at a Hispanic man trying to order and then the rest of the staff joined in on the laughter. Whether it was because the cashier said a word or two in Spanish or it was because of the customer, you dont do that. It was unprofessional and disrespectful. If you dont want to work with customers and only want to "make money for free" as one of the cashiers said as I was waiting, dont work in a place where your job is literally working with customers directly. I did get home and the my order was as I placed it and food was good, thankfully.

Please just clean house and FIRE EVERYONE ! Worst Popeyes in the UNITED STATES!! Staff is AWFUL and RUDE, takes an hour to get my food. Been here a few times for the past 10 years and the service is the same, Awful ! I would blame management and owners for hiring those type of people, wouldnt be surprised if they closed this location down soon. Wouldnt be surprised if roaches began appearing in peoples food, DIRTIEST place ever !! And I couldnt give this place ZERO stars so I HAD to give it at least one

I didnt want to give them #NOSTARS dont ever spend your $ with this location #1..There customer service sucks. I ordered to eat in & there were no condiments with my order(eating utensils,sauce,napkins etc) & the dam tables were disgusting! #2..When placing my order the guy frying the chicken blatantly out in the open was eating chicken for everybody to see even the so-called "manager" Just a Bad business

Waited ten minutes in the drive throu. Just to watch on employee mouth off to someone on his cell phone. Then for a young lady to tell me at the drive thru (in a hyper speed tone) theres no more chicken tenders available an hour before they close. Ummmmm.....no quit being lazy. Thats exactly why youre working at a Popeyes, better to learn now that customer service is key, if you choose to advance in life.

The service is absolutely horrible. They treat the customers with disrespect. Rolling there eyes and giving off a demeanor like they didnt want to do there job. A man asked for the manager. And they rolled there eyes and said "she da manager" pointing in a blank direction. Everyone that came in instantly was irritated and annoyed by the service I highly recommend going to a different Popeyes location.

NEVER EVER COME HERE! They never have anything in stock. No spicy chicken tenders, no wings, no ranch, no coke. How is this location still in business?? Ive given this location 5 chances and every time didnt have tenders or ranch! They desperately need new management cause this location gives popeyes a bad name! Its a prime location and could thrive but unfortunately appears management doesnt care.

Really slow even though there was few people. The manager was there too. When I finally got the food, the server didnt even apologize or said a single word, and to make it worse, they didnt give me my drink, so I had to wait even more. And when I did get my drink, no apology either for taking too long to give me a soda from the machine or for forgetting it entirely. No words were spoken.

Went in to the drive through on a Thursday during dinner time. Ordered 3 meals and when we got home only one of them had a biscuit. When we called to complain about it, they told us that we could drive back and get it and didnt even apologize. We drove 25 minutes to get it, so going back to get it wasnt even an option unless we wanted to wait another hour to have our dinner.

The personal is so mean whith me the manager was so rude maybe because Im a Hispanic because whith the African American people they give them coupons from the cashier the ones other customers use all ready and I ask them to help me whith a cupón of 50 pieces but the cupón was on the web and the manager told me that I have to print it out I think that is racism

You will not find worse customer service, anywhere in the Chicago land area..PERIOD... RUDE, LAZY staff, incorrect orders, they will take the money drawer out early before they close, and refuse to serve you, 15-20 min before they close.. Ive seen it all at this place...Food always tastes fine, but the service is less than one star.. Ridiculous..

I can see why all the reviews are bad ate here today and it was horrible shrimps look old biscuits dry french fries cold didnt feel like fight jus throw it away. Sad that there food cost so much money and you can get a fresh hot meal if they stop focus on what happened last night maybe the place would be cleaner and the meal hot. NOT COMING BACK

Very poor service. Long waiting time to place order. This location didnt have 2 white pieces mild and french fries. They screwed order for people ahead of me and lane was blocked for more than 5 minutes. I give up on my Popeyes order and I left. On top of everything the girl taking order was speaking very poor English. That was mumbling slung.
