This place was the worst experience I have ever had. Went through the drive-thru, lady didnt even give me a receipt, so I asked for one because the total had me confused. Charged me twice, had a bunch of things missing, so I went back, walked into the restaurant and they still made me wait about 10 minutes before even asking me why I had came back. Still ended up losing money because she charged me for things I never ordered, and I was on a lunch break, so I had to run.. The only 3 employees that I saw seemed to be running around frantically, but had no sense of urgency towards their guests. I will never go back to this KFC as long as I live. Ridiculous.

KFC apparently stands for Kills Frequent Customers. This place offers horrendous service for a low price. The window worker always wears sunglasses at night. He either has an eye disease or is a complete dbag. They will mostly get your order wrong, mostly. They will read it back wrong seconds after telling them. After 3 times they laughed and had a 2nd person take my order. I gave my order 2 more times to that person. This happens every time I go there, which is about once or twice a year when I have the urge to be frustrated by incompetence. I wish I had more hands so I could give this place 4 thumbs down.

Overcharged. Forgot my drink and my receipt. When I went back to complain she gave me a hard time about giving me my drink with no receipt and I showed her the transaction on my phone she could care less and when I show they overcharged me she wouldnt give me any food or cash to compensate me

As a visitor from England, I can say that the cleanliness leaves alot to be desired, bins over flowing, dirty tables, food on the floor, had to ask for napkins, no ketchup in and staff stood around not doing much when mo customers around when they could be tidying up!@!!

I have gone here on several occasions well before closing and I have been told that there out of chicken and not making any more. This is very poor customer service and the staff is very rude if there was an option for 0 stars I would give that.

The employees suck, they like to claim they are out of supplies so they dont have to work near closing time.. there is a much better KFC about 10 minutes from here in Elgin of Dundee ave. KFC Corporate needs to step in or shut this owner down!
