This location is absolutely pathetic. Agree with several other reviewers that you wind up waiting 20+ minutes in the drivethru with no apparent "activity" going on whatsoever. Finally get up to the window; idiot gives me the total and then some other slacker mentions (20+ minutes after I ordered....) that they dont have any extra crispy and only have wings left. I collected my card and left without a further word. A regional manager of some sort should absolutely shut this location down or release the entire staff and get a new crew. *EDIT: I decided to give this location another try, because everybody understands that people make mistakes and can have a bad day, etc. bottom line: I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN SO LONG AS I LIVE. THESE PEOPLE ARE ABSOLUTE FREAKING MORONS OF THE FIRST ORDER. THEY HAVE ZZZZZZZERO BUSINESS BEING IN ANY SORT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE INDUSTRY, PERIOD. When you have what is blatantly a FRANCHISE GENERATED coupon and they wont accept it because they arent a "participating location"..... they can go stick their extra crispy drumsticks up their dingleberry chimneys. What a bunch of incompetent idiots.

Several months ago I drive into the drive-thru and had 1 car in front of me. There I sat. As cars started lining up behind new I noticed the person in front of me hadnt even ordered yet. It was taking so long I actually looked around for a sign telling is the drive-thru was closed. We waited for 10 minutes and I finally had enough and pulled out. Fast-forward to today. Same exact scenario...pull in and theres 1 car in front. I can see her in the side mirror and shes not ordering. We wait for 5 more minutes and still nothing. Is this a twilight zone episode? As 2 more cars pull in behind me, I decided I had enough of this train-wreck. If their service is this bad, I cant imagine they take a ton of care making the food. Now I see why their rating is so terrible...well earned.

This specific KFC is by far the worst Ive ever been to. They are almost always out of something. Theyve actually run completely out of chicken. One of the times I settled for the regular chicken because they were out of extra crispy, the meat was falling off the bone. My sister had an experience where she waited a very long time. They didnt have a cook and she was one of the last people to get chicken because they ran out. The chicken she did get appeared to be reheated and not fresh. Although I live in Appleton, I prefer to drive to Menasha and avoid this KFC. I have nothing against KFC in general, its just this location.

When i walked in the manager told me how half his crew walked out on him. There was a total of 3 people working at 430pm on a Sunday. Was not impressed. The manager was unprofessional telling me about his crew leaving, didnt care about the fact i asked him to change the soda 3 times. Then the kid came up to bring me my food and i said the rootbeer is out can you change it, he rolled his eyes and said oh my god. Well turned out they were "out" of rootbeer. Tried the pepsi, out of that too. Not impressed at all.

Every time i go to this kfc i get food poisoning... After a couple months of not eating there I try it out again with my twin girls... And now my girls have been food poisoned and they cant stop throwing up and diarrhea... Health officials need to close this place down asap..... freaking disgusting..... I saw one of the kids grab the chickens with no glove on then sneeze all over the food... Thats when I told my wife lets get the hell out of here.... consumers beware ....you have been officially warned...

I love the Fried Chicken skin. However the chicken itself is often dry and a lot of times the chicken is very obviously a day old and reheated so we do not visit this location as frequently as we used to. If I get an old piece I will ask for a "fresh piece." They dont like it but I want a fresh piece of chicken. Not day old! They often screw up orders, putting gravy on potatoes when you ask them not to. So not to attentive.

One person in front of me in the drive through and after I ordered we both sat there for nearly 20 minutes. Then I ordered a 12 piece dark meat, they gave me 7 pieces and 4 were white meat. The 2 wings and 1 drumstick had nearly no meat on them. Last number of visits have just been pretty disappointing.

Just waited 20 minutes for cold food. Went in and asked for new, HOT food, and ended up waiting another 10 for some more cold food. They obviously dont properly keep food up to a safe temperature. KFC, you might wanna get on that before you kill someone with salmonella. Never going to KFC ever again.

Worst place. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. Shouldnt have to wait 20+ minutes to get food. The lady asked us to order, and when we started to talk , she cut of off and said shed be with us shortly. Comes around 10 minutes later. I will never come back here.

Austin is just rude. Cant believe he has a job how he treats his co workers and customers. Waited 20 minutes for a 10 pc hot wings and close to 30 for a 16pc meal. Chicken was cold and gross. After over $60 food i wont be going back.

Terrible customer service. This is the second time Ive been there and its the second time Ive had bad customer service. Theyre unorganized and rude. I just got off the phone with a guy who barely helped me and had an attitude.

Advice = dont eat here. Maybe if they didnt have complete mental retards on staff it would have been a good experience. Or it could have been just that the entire staff on duty was higher than snoop dogg on a bad day. Idiots.

Half baked biscuits, dry coleslaw, and the chicken order was wrong. The whole restaurant was messy too and poorly designed. All in all the customer service was excellent. Its the only reason I give it 2 stars.

Worst service ever. I ordered the bowl from the fill up menu, asked if i could substitute the cookie for the biscuit and they said no. The lady who took our order was completly rude. Wont come here again!
