Stopped in on 8/10/16 for dinner at 6:24pm. Was a little busy and with working in food service, I figured it might take a little longer than normal. There were 4 orders before us, so we sat at a table to wait. The lobby was dirty, no tables had been wiped off, the window at our table had a big spider web that looked as if it had been there for a while, GROSS! Needless to say after 20 minutes of waiting and watching 6-7 drive thru orders taken and served we decided to not wait any longer. Only 1 person inside received their meal while we had waited, I dont want to even know how long we would have waited to get our dinner! No one even cared that we had asked for a refund, and barely got a sorry out of the person who Im guessing was a manger.Will not be returning here!!! Also tried leaving comment on survey and website did not work, it kept saying invalid.

The store is under new management and staffing, and my god does it ever show. I was so pleased to hear a friendly voice at the drive thru and for the first time in a long time, my order was perfect. I had a $25 voucher from a previous bad experience and used it today, the manager saw this and introduced himself at the window. We talked about how little things like just being greeted and listened to make all the difference and I could tell from the moment the lady working at the drive thru said "Hello, my name is Courtney" that things had changed. He said the store has all new emoloyees and I did not get to see the inside to see if they had cleaned up the lobby when they were closed for maintenance for a week but I bet it looks as good as it felt to be served the correct way. Thank you Korey and Courtney for the great experience!

The issue with this is that its a joint with Long John Silvers. So the chicken tastes like fish, and the fish tastes like chicken. I hope you dont have food allergies! I ordered a strip meal, and got chicken, a biscuit, some potato wedges, mashed potatoes, and gravy. The chicken was dry, tasted like fish oil tablets (If youve never had them before, theyre disgusting), and nearly impossible to eat. I set it aside and worked on the other parts. The potato wedges were soggy, falling apart, and unseasoned. I started to get a little annoyed, as I was hungry, and despite being a nice person, I get grouchy when Im hungry. The biscuit was hard and inedible. The only thing left to eat was the mashed potatoes and gravy. My comment on it? It was edible. Not good. Not great. It was edible. I will not eat here again.

If I owned this place, I would shut it down and do a serious deep cleaning of everything for a week. Floors, trim edges, corners, soda machine, counters, etc. I cant imagine what parts of the kitchen must look like or the interior of the equipment. There is no reason...ever, for any restaurant to be so messy and dirty. Even my kids said, "dad, tell me we wont be coming back here again.". One child was so grossed out, she didnt eat her meal. When I wrote corporate, they sent me a free $5 meal certificate. Obviously they didnt listen to what I was saying.

They werent busy when I came through the drive thru. Ordered the 20 piece meal, comes with 5 sides and ten biscuits. Got home, only 4 biscuits and two sides of of mashed potatoes with one gravy. Call.....they dont answer their phone after 20 rings so I drive back, go inside tell them what I am missing and get all the way back home to find only 4 more biscuits in my box and only one more gravy. Should have checked the second time inside the box but I assumed they could do basic math! I guess you know the saying about assuming!

Terrible service I give it zero Stars waited a half hour to get my order then it was wrong had to wait another 20 minutes it still came out wrong, I gave up went down the road to McDonalds had better luck there. Will never go back to that KFC again, when I was there there were five other people waiting with their orders messed up. Will be calling the corporate office. I have to give it a star rating or it wont post so Ill give it a 1 but I dont mean it

Meal deal 2 piece new no bone is 4.99 asked to add 1 extra piece was charged 8.99 plus .75 for Pot Wedge and another 1.00 for a drink shouldnt the sides come with!? And shouldnt the 1 extra piece of chicken cost less than almost half the meal deal doesnt add up! Total for 2 piece new no bone meal 1 extra chicken with tax 11.33 and the chicken size was smaller than strips, wont be going back anytime soon:(

Our family went to the Ashwaubenon KFC tonight. We had to ask to have the tables washed because every single table was dirty. Then our 3 orders all had mistakes. They have the door locked on a Saturday about 6 pm. This is some sad service. I will NEVER return to this place again. Should get rid of the crew and hire people that want to work. There was only one table with people. Lazy, lazy, lazy!

Best customer service at this location today. Everyone was extremely nice, greeted with a smile. Chicken & sides were fresh, hot, & delicious. Doug helped me today & made sure everything was just as I ordered. Shook my hand & said it was nice to meet me. I was all smiles today!! Thank you Doug & todays team!!! Keep up the good work. Great customer service!!! No complaints!!!

Gone here several times every time I went the customer service is shoddy to say the least, theres usually a wait on the food and eating the five dollar fill up usually leaves this nasty after taste in my mouth I dont get from kfcs elsewhere, and its left me with an upset stomach most times. Management needs to change here as I will go out of my way to avoid this restaurant.

This and every KFC seems to struggle with hiring good people or keep the good people, can only assume they pay very little for a tough job. Overall this place is ok. Does take longer than it should to get through the drive thru. If it was only because of fresh hot food id be ok with that but most of the time its because of confusion and no experience. Get it together KFC.

Its ridiculous, I ordered the 6pc shrimp 2 fish meal, I get home and I have 5 pieces of fish no shrimp. I try to call to complain to the manager and I no one answers. Been there 4 times. Drive through makes you think they are raising each individual chicken themselves for each piece you order, I always ask for honey and never once have I gotten anyway after they say "Yeah we can get it for you no problem", so greasy Ive had chicken fall apart in my hands. EAT ANYWHERE ELSE!
