Got food poisoning. Called to tell them but because in this sue crazy society we live in of course they didnt think it was the food. I called not looking for anything free more just to let them know that after I ate from their restaurant I was ill for the next day and a half. Even the doctor at the hospital told me I had food poisoning. We went there to celebrate finding out if we were having a boy or girl so thats a nice memory to associate with that experience. But again no responsibility was taken no call back to see how I was. Thanks Olive Garden never going here again because apparently they cant cook chicken properly or they stored it improperly before cooking whatever it was

Firstly, upon entering this place the whole stale/dirty water smell fils one nose. Menu items are way way over priced. The only thing I liked about the whole experience was the service by the sever everything else was pretty bad. Steak was overlooked and rubbery chewy. The shrimp scampis spaghetti was tasteless. The salad had no mixed green. Bread sticks were like bread sticks from Walmart. Very very disappointing and will never go back to this place. Also every dish was super salty. Olive Garden.... think and improve otherwise people will stop coming. Hate to write a negative review but I had to as the food was super bad

We were greeted right away and there was no wait to be seated. It was a Monday for lunch and not many people. The server was very nice and offered us a complimentary taste of wine, it was delicious. The peach sangria is WONDERFUL! We ordered the design your own pasta and a chicken spaghetti kids meal. I had two smaller children with me and they were able to split the meal for the children so I didnt have to order two and waste the food. The kids meal was a large portion and not too costly at $5.99. The bread sticks were yummy as always. Overall, we enjoyed our pre-4th of July lunch! We would recommend this restaurant.

First off hadnt been to a Olive Garden in over 15 Years. Had a Gift Card so my wife and I said what the heck. Boy has this Chain Changed?? What was a Nice Romantic Establishment has become Jam Packed Bright Lighted Room with people Banging Your Elbows. What the Heck Happened? Use to stop in at Fox Valley one and it had a Nice Dark lit Bar as well as Dinning Room. This one in Oswego looks like a Baker Square with Clunky Wood Tables and Chairs? Food was OK but I was really taken aback?

Olive Garden in Oswego is almost always packed, and with good reason. They have great bartenders, and a fantastic serving staff. Their wine suggestions are spot-on, and they give you as much or little time between courses as youd like. The food is always hot and delicious, and they keep the breadsticks coming! If there is a wait, squeeze into a spot at the bar and nibble on an appetizer (Although the wait is never as long as they say).

What can you say, its Olive Garden. The food is what you expect of Olive Garden, its tasty but nothing spectacular here. I will say the service staff are all great and helpful. The facilities and dining areas are clean and well kept. I was a bit shocked at the prices, they seem to have gone up since my last visit and I cant see the justification for it. Overall its a nice place to eat if you cant make it to a better Italian restaurant.

This place is the best! Every time my family comes here they have a great time. Every time we go, a manager stops by to introduce themselves, drop of a card, and make sure everything is going well. The serving staff is incredibly knowledgeable and fun, and weve NEVER had a server that let us down. Were never surprised when our evening is made by these wonderful people and breadsticks!!!!!

Last time we went, it was medium-busy for lunchtime, but service was VERY slow. It took a long time for the waitress to even come by to tell us it would be a few more minutes before she could take our drink orders. Eventually we ordered soup/salad/breadsticks, and that took as long as a full set of entrees. Not sure if restaurant has declined, or just bad luck with the waitress that day.

Its Olive Garden, the food is decent but this has to be the worst Olive Garden in the state. We have been there several times receiving lack luster service to point of the wait staff being plain rude. The food also drastically ranges in quality. Soup, salad and bread sticks are about the only consistently decent offering they have...

I really like eating here, however anytime I order online it takes them 2 hours for my food any day of the week. I understand the rush through the weekend but weekdays was kind of shocking. Im more so an issue for corporate, I can never get the app to work to order online, then I call and thats when they tell me 2 hours for food.

First let me say the service was excellent. Food came fast and was always fresh and hot. I loved it. If you are quite hungry I strongly suggest the all you can eat option! The bread sticks, chicken gnocchi soup, and fettuccine Alfredo lived up to my high standards. Will definitely return here. Excellent value for your money.

We have been to this location twice now, and both times were fabulous. We had a different server each time, but they were both amazing. Very personable, checked in on us a reasonable amount of time. I also like that they have the tablet kiosks on the table. Ive always had consistently good food at all Olive Garden locations.

Lerma our server was extremely nice,however the meal wasnt so great. I ordered the shrimp scampi like I always do, but this time it had to much garlic in it. This Olive Garden produces poor food quality. My suggestion would be for the kitchen to not be in such a rush and produce a better product.

Had a great time here on a lunch date with my mom and sister. The service was very helpful and understanding. At one point, we felt one of our dishes was overcooked, the waiter immediately took it back and brought us a new dish as soon as possible. Very much appreciate good customer service.

What can I say its Olive Garden. This is a great location. It is often crowded but management keeps it fully staffed so you are always sure there is someone there to wait on you. Kudos to the management team otherwise this could be a total disaster for this busy location!

Walked in, were seated after a bit our server was awesome had the best attitude and was very very friendly brought us our drinks, appetizers and the food came out right away so very pleased with the service that night.

Awesome and very attentive staff, however the food was sub par. Usually I love the food, but it must have been an off day. The soup was runny and thin and the bread sticks were stale and hard.

Horrible service. After being seated- waited for someone for 11 minutes so we left. Wasnt even busy in there. Something always goes wrong at the one in Oswego. Never again.
