This Qdoba is usually understaffed but the crew they have there are always doing their best. If you go during low-traffic times, they are usually out of one or two ingredients like white rice or the specific queso you want. They have a wide variety of menu options, and its great that the queso and guac are free. The Coke freestyle machine is also nice. The restaurant is always clean, and so are the bathrooms. Its not too loud, and there is a decent amount of sitting. The parking lot is a nightmare but thats not their fault!

This location has the worst service of any Qdoba I have frequented. They take your credit card information based on a pickup time then tell you (after theyve already taken your credit card information) that they cannot meet the pickup time agreed upon. Their staff is also rude and does not take phone orders. Instead of apologizing for poor service or attempting to service their customers, they prefer to argue with their customers. We Love Qdoba food - but make sure you choose a different location!!! This one is awful!

I absolutely love this Qdoba locale. The employees are very helpful and friendly and remember me by name. The choices of tacos and burritos is very good with more options than Chipotle has. They also have more sides which is a plus. One of the best parts about Qdoba is their rewards program in which you can redeem points for free food, drinks, or desserts. I visit this store about once a week and they have yet to disappoint me. Highly recommended.

Went during lunch with my daughter, the food was good but there are some dense workers in that store.I will never go back. Id take OK food and good customer service verses great food and terrible customer service. By the way thanks for ignore me while I had to leave my two year old daughter at the table alone to while I had to wait for my cup I never got and also I never was given my receipt. Which seemed to be the practice.

Pretty good for fast food. Assembled right in front of you and clear view to the kitchen. They were short on supplies (bowls, rice) last time I was there making for a very long line at a non-prime time but have never seen that before. A little pricey for a family for fast food but my kids love it so we go as a treat about once a month.

My allegiance has shifted from chipotle, but qdoba still serves a great product -- the meat seemed less-than-fresh and the sauces seemed the same way. The benefit of access to all of the possible toppings is lower-quality toppings overall, but the food and service are still very satisfactory.

They know me by name and remember my order. One of my favorite places to go in the area. Staff is super nice and the food is infinitely better than Chipotle. Way more options plus they have diablo queso which is the tastiest substance known to man
