We moved here a few months ago and Panda Express was new to me. Ive always heard great things about their orange chicken. I got that the first couple of times, and it is quite tasty. Im a fan of the Sweetfire Chicken now. We always get a bowl, you get a choice of rice or chow mein noodles, and an entree meat. Theyre around $6 each I believe, which is quite reasonable. The food is always fresh. Weve dined in and gone through the drive-thru. We are always greeted when we walk in, and have never had to wait in line behind more than one person at this particular location. There is plenty of seating and its close to many shops, perfect for a quick, cheap lunch. We love Panda Express!

This was my second time coming to pa da in Oswego. The service could have been better, they act like there was a fire not listening, when I asked for white rice they were giving me fried rice. The kow pow, if its chicken it does not taste like it rubbery and fatty. The attendant did even separate my spring rolls she thew them them on my kow pow and when I went to eat them tbey were soggy. A little disappointed, I thought to give it a Second chance. I really think chicken should be out to see if that is really chicken.

I like the food but the kung pow chicken was so fatty i could not enjoy my meal. Every bite i took was fat, so i asked could i just get the vegetables they did it once for me then when i Returned they would not allow it. I asked where do you get your chicken? Their reply was it comes this way. I did not eat at panda because of that but i thought i would try a different location. The panda in Oswego unfortunately was the same fatty meat. I will not return. I dont want clogged arteries

Augh. Giving up. Two visits in a row the order taker could not get it right and had to repeat it multiple times before confirmed accurate on screen. Double checked before pulling away and always incorrect. Both times had to remind them for the drink and the wait time was so long the cars behind me were honking out of irritation. There are other places to go.

I keep thinking "why dont I ever get Panda Express?" so I go get some and remember just how atrocious this place is. Youre lucky to get food that is above room temperature let alone what you actually ordered. Its not good, its rubbery and doesnt taste dissimilar to cardboard... its just BAD

There are a lot of people that makes complaint to this store but honestly this is one of the best Pandas I have ever seeing and eat from. Outstanding food quality, staff is always happy and always giving a very warm welcome to the costumers

Yeah, some employees couldnt hear a single word I said. I ordered a bowl of WHITE rice and they thought I said Fried rice. Really didnt enjoy it so I rate this place 3/10. Thanks Panda idiots

Food is very good when fresh, not good at all if its old. If theres very little left in the bowl tell them youll wait for fresh food.
