I went with my husband and cousin once and as we were ordering in the drive through the guy in drive through had the worst attitude I was shocked my husband asked him to give him a minute and he was like "OMG" and when my husband was ready to order the guy told him to say PLEASE!! You think thats not bad when we went to the window we realized it was the MANAGER!!!! Yes MANAGER!!! And my husband was like Im sorry can I add an icy and the manager was like "ARE YOU KIDDING ME?" Yes worst costumer service ever I was quite shocked of the managers behavior
