Husband & I went to this location thinking it would be better since we havent been to the orland park location in a few years. The new look was nice but the food got worse. Our waitress was nice and both my husband and I asked for water . After I took a first sip of my water I felt something strange in my mouth. Whatever it was was stuck in the back of my mouth. I finally was able to cough it up and it was a long piece of golden strand of hair. YUCK!! And it was definitely not my hair because my hair is black. I immediately lost my appetite and told the waitress. It wasnt her hair either , she had a different hair color . She apologized and by that time our food was on the way. She alerted the manager and the manager agreed to take off just $5 off . I completely loss my appetite and hair does not come with the meals so I shouldnt have it in my drinks and or food. Plus I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and it looked sad. And I couldnt believe it was $10! I thought the appearance would show for the price but def not. My husband was able to eat his meal and asked the manager if he could pay for his meal and that my meal would be comped because of what I went through. At first she acted like it was a problem but your employees should have hairnets on! Who wants hair in their stuff! After having to ask again she complied and adjusted the bill. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE STEP FOOT IN THIS DIRTY PLACE. They can keep it!

Id never been to a Red Robin before and this place was nothing like id expected. They have a full bar and a 21+ section which is great for avoiding screaming children during your meal :] I ordered an ultimate mojito which was served promptly and they do not skimp on the alcohol, which is rare in casual dining! I also ordered the bonzai burger with added jalapeno coins and a side of coleslaw. The burger was delicious, very juicy except the jalapeno coins numbered about 2 and were very small. For 1.49 extra Id expect at least enough to cover the burger the way pickles would. The coleslaw had too much dressing, but I can excuse it, most americans like it that way. Overall for the price I would definitely go here again-service was very friendly and fast, my friend got his bottomless rootbeer float refilled right away, and the place is clean and organized even when busy.

Location, in Orland Park is easy to get to. They share a parking lot with another restaurant though and its sometimes a problem. Food. We had a party of 10 when we went, mostly no problems. 2 people had under cooked burgers though. we complained and had new ones brought out to us. Service. The Servers were very polite and friendly. In trying to get the burgers redone, they gave us desert. only to tell us when the bill came that they only meant the 2 people with the bad burgers (She had said we will cover desert but had not denoted that it was just the 2 people) so we had a little bit of a tangle there when the bill came and we had all ordered desert. With the confusion though, they did honor the free desert for everyone. So, while there were problems, they did try to correct the issue and they should not be penalized for it.

Ive eaten at many Red Robins over the years and have always had a positive experience until I tried the restaurant in Orland Park, IL. The management at this store needs to visit other locations and learn what service is. I want my burger cooked to order, I want refills without begging, and when I get the refills, iced tea should be at least cold if not iced. Dont advertise bottomless fries and then make me go back to the kitchen to get them. Dont make me beg for the check. At other Red Robins all wait staff people eye the tables (theirs and others) making sure the drinks are full and the fries are plentiful. Ten bucks is not a bargain for a burger. The food and service should be well above average. I gave this location four tries. I will not be back.

Unacceptable service. That is what I take from my visit at this particular location. Busy or not you still have to treat your customers with respect. I posted a review on Facebook, but no response from the Orland Team yet. After just 15 minutes of eating, I was rudely asked if I needed a box or was ready. My burger still more than halfway there. Not once did our waitress ask if the food was ok either. When we were ready to pay she took long to come back. All the while I saw her at perfect view enjoying her iced coffee. Im happily enjoying my burger at home and I wish the best for this establishment. I think all customers should be treated nicely. Thanks.

I would give them less than one star if that was an option! Our table was dirty, menus were sticky, silverware was also dirty! The onion ring tower and seafood scatter were cooked with old oil which made our throats hurt. My daughter ordered the Ensenada chicken platter that comes with a salad and chips on the side, the chips was old and stale. The waiter kept passing by our table to go and ask the table next to us if they wanted more refill, and completely ignored us repeatedly. We spent $82. If we went to McDonalds, we would have more fun, pay way less and eat better food. I will never go back again to that filthy resturant.

The food was okay compared to other Red Robins Ive been to. I was very disappointed with the service though. It took nearly 10 minutes to have our drinks ordered. We had to wait about 3 minutes after getting our food to get utensils. We ran into a nearly 15 minute wait when we requested a second helping of our endless fries and salad. Not because of the chefs, but because the waitress didnt put the order in until that time, we could hear her requesting it after all that time. I also didnt get a refill on my water after asking. It wasnt even busy, so I cant say there was a valid reason.

I went there on a Friday night and I walked to the door which was open to look at the timing. when I saw a FAT RAT run under the door!!! I started to scream and run to my Mercedes which was parked far away from the fat rat. I would never suggest going there unless you would like to have a rat chicken burger or unless you are an exterminator or part of a health department which is soon coming to shut it down hopefully. Never going there again worst experience in my life.

Ordered a burger and it was definitely one of my tops. Also got bottomless fries which is a plus. They have credit card readers on the tables so you can leave as soon as you want. Be careful not to touch the games. It makes it seem like you are playing a free game or a demo until you see a lovely $2 fee on your bill. Nonetheless, great food, great service, and be sure to ask for a bottle of seasoning to bring home. Its only a couple bucks.
