Another good hamburger place equivalent to Culvers , Burger Point, Red Robin, Meatheads etc. The burgers are fresh with those Pretzel Buns. It is affiliated with Oberweis Ice Cream which I too like. I ordered that burger with cheese and them small fries with sea salt. The fries where OK. Nothing special. These kinds of burger places including That Burger Joint are a step up quality wise compared to McDonalds or Burger King. I would rate Wendys in between high quality of that Burger Joint, Meatheads, Culvers, Burger point, Red Robbin etc., in means of the beef they use. No GMOS, No Hormones, Grass or Grain fed, Not frozen etc. What was funny was that I ordered a single scoop chocolate mint ice cream in a waffle bowl which came 1st instead of my Burger since I expected a regular lunch meal before desert. I had taken a survey and address this to this place.

Our absolute favorite place for burgers. Real, grass-fed, humane certified beef with a great blend of house seasonings, generous cheese, and just the right amount of ketchup and mustard. Try the pretzel bun (I didnt the first few times I went but when I finally did I found it to be a great match for the overall package). Fries are good, and with ranch and smoky seasoning (optional) they become pretty great. And to top it off, all-you-can-drink Oberweiss chocolate milk. Oberweiss dairy is right there too, but combining a TBJ meal and Oberweiss dessert can get pretty expensive if youre looking for a fast-foody outing.

The food is very reminiscent of a Five Guys chain. They do give the option of a pretzel bun which I do appreciate, but their fries arent as good. They also give you access to Oberweis shakes and milk. Overall cool experience and Ive found myself going back time after time to the dismay of my diet.

This is my favorite place for burgers. they are delicious AND they are humane, which is amazing. Its so hard to find humane meat out and about and for it to be moderately priced and delicious is perfect. Also, all you can drink chocolate milk!

This place is the best. Delicious homemade sauces, especially the ranch. The chicken tenders are juicy and the fries after perfect and fresh cut. Definitely a diamond in the rough.!

The best burger place in western Skokie area. They really know how to grill their burger right. In addition to that, they have Oberweis Ice Cream in same roof. You cant beat that.

I go to this location for the oberweis instead. The burgers were bland. Not worth paying that much for a flavorless burger. The fries are good though.
