I remember not long ago, Red Robin having an awesome juicy burger. If Im not mistaken, they have changed their hamburger patties, they are not as thick as they used to be and are for sure not as juicy. My girlfriend and I had stopped in there a couple of days ago and again I find the burger to be very.... how do I say this....ordinary. I know this may sound weird but while sitting there waiting for our order, I counted 49 lights that were out and this wasnt because they had a breaker off to save energy, this was as many as I saw from my seat and Im sure there was more on the other side of the building. With any restaurant, the little things is what truly matters. Oh and one last thing.... people love service. When I go to a restaurant, I like to be waited on, thats why Im there. I dont care for the ordering machine at the table that everyone has touched, who knows whats on that thing or all the adds plastered on the table. If the wait staff is properly trained, they can let people know what the specials are. Service, service, service. I miss the way Red Robin use to do things. I guess when corporate gets involved and share holders want more money, service and quality is cut. Fix it.

It is not worth the price. First time i walked in with my twin toddlers and a friend who also had a one year old kid. When we asked the man at the door whose name i didnt catch for 3 highchairs he got upset and asked us if we really need 3 highchairs? Starred us down and started walking towards a table where out of anger he kicked a chair and the chair fell on the floor. My friend just looked at me and said its ok, lets just feed our kids and go. That was my first experience. 2nd time, unfortunately that same person was my waiter. When i asked him about fries for the kids he said we cannot go crazy on the fries and just order too many fries... (idiot i am paying for this food). I also asked him about the gift card promotion and instead of being knowledgeable of the promotion, he started explaining to me what a gift card actually is. As if i never seen or heard of a gift card. The food was not that great, and definitely not worth the price. Especially not with an attitude that we got from the moron who ruined our dinner.

I frequent this location, and while Ive had a few issues, I keep going back because they strive to make everything better. The staff (for the most part) and the management work to make the experience very pleasant and they are quick to check on their customers and better any experience. One time, they were understaffed in the kitchens and were sending food out a little too quickly (poorly plated). My fiance and I were given a basket of fried zucchini by a runner that was literally in a pool of oil. Seriously gross! We shrugged it off and patted down the food (I mean, hey. Its fried. Cant be too choosy about it!) Not only did the waitress check on us and spot the over-oiled food, she took it upon herself to speak with management on our behalf! Honestly, this place has some of the best service in Chicagoland. That, plus the yummy burgers and tasty salads? Ill certainly be going back, often!

As a family we use to love Red Robin, this location along with changes have come to destroy our desire to eat at any of them moving forward. The service leaves a lot to be desired with the waitress not taking our drink order for 15 minutes and their delivery not coming for another 20 minutes. Our waitress was assigned about 8 tables and stretched thin so I wouldnt put the full blame on her but this is similar to two previous visits. Now per the new way we were directed to order anything else via their little table side computer which takes away the human experience of eating out. Such an experience could be forgotten if not for the lack of refills and watching an ordered appetizer sit there for ten minutes before being delivered. From this point forward I highly doubt a return to a shutdown Red Robin by my family and I.

Great family friend location. Well managed chain restaurant with generally attentive service staff even during evening rush period. Cleanliness is usually good though bus staff can be challenged to keep up on the weekends. Interiors for this restaurant chain were remodeled in the last year, and the layout is child friendly with sports programming on TVs throughout the location.

The place is noisy. Service staff trys to please the customer, friendly. Kitchen and management underperformed. Kitchen gets orders wrong. Management is often missing or preoccupied with administrative paperwork. Weekends are especially crowded and kitchen fails often. Gave it 3*s because food is very tasty when prepared properly and delivered while hot!

The food is up to the usual Red Robin quality, but the service was painfully slow. Received, literally, nine fries with my burger and then it took 17 minutes to get more once Id finally waived down the waitress. I come to a chain like this for their quick and attentive service. This evening, it was anything but.

Frequently visit this Red Robin, and we are usually looked after very well. Just be aware that sometimes you need to speak up... The odd short pour or dirty booth need not distract from the overall experience. This location is family friendly, on top of allergies, friendly and usually relaxing. We are fans.

Their chili here is fantastic, but I tried the french onion soup yesterday and it tasted like someone dumped an entire salt container in there and then some. Also, I ordered the bottomless orange cream soda and it took forever to make and no one asked me if I wanted refills when it was clearly empty.

Red Robin has changed a bunch over the years (and Im not always a fan of the changes), but this place is delightful. Great staff greet you as you walk in, the booths are rather inviting, albeit cramped if they seat you in the middle section. But, its a nonetheless great burger from a fun place.

Their burgers are ok. Quite frankly, Ive been ordering one of their burgers each time I go. The rest just dont appeal to me. Heck, I dont know why I even have the loyalty card these days. But, I cant overlook the fact that they got me sick one time (and it was not from one of the burgers).

Food was delicious... The problem: Food poisoning! I ate in this place Friday night and its Sunday afternoon and my digestive system is messed up. Horrible diarrhea, stomach cramps, and headaches. NEVER will I eat in this place again. The may just kill me the next time.

This location has all of the regular food items you will find at any Red Robin restaurants. However, this one has the advantage of being in a mall with free parking! Burgers are really good and can be customized to your specifics. #LocalExperts @Localguides
