The manager needs to be fired and this place needs to be brought under better management . I went in there completely upset the manager who is the Mexican lady with a bullshit adititude and plays secreative didnt help me one bit but faught with me then all of a sudde. She tells me to shush and shut the hell up because I simply told the drive threw lady no ketchup.and no mustard on my sandwitches because my friend is highly allergic to tomatoes and I get home and my friend eats it and ends up going into a food allergy attack I dont know what bussness this place is running its not the first time I have had fights with that lady but she is no manager and then she had the indacity to chuck the sandwich I showed her away to hide the evidence. Worst place ever I will not be going here again and I hope this place gets shut down. For laziness of food allergy usage I will go to the Illinois office of Labour if nothing gets fixed Id like my 35 bucks back!! Unexceptable

I feel like the cashier at the time of my visit showed racial discrimination towards me. I am Afro-American and I come to this vocation all the time. But when I came today there wasnt any customers at the counter so I placed my order, I ordered a angry whopper with a small fry and a small drink. A couple of minutes past and four customers came inside and place their order. One of the four customers place the same order as mines. All four customer received their order before me. This restaurant really made me feel like they didnt care for my business and out of place.

Bathrooms seem unkempt, the tables are a bit cruddy, they are still sporting 90s esque decor, and use the old style Burger King fries. Id steer clear of this place until they get their act together.
