Honeslty I get better service than this usually. But its been twice so far where Ive gotten about a half a spoon of everything I ask for. The containers are running low, I get it, but how about replacing them so I can get what I paid for? The white rice was horrible today. Either it was undercooked or it was stale, because it tasted like crunchy cardboard. The lettuce to everything else ratio was waaaay off. If I wanted a salad, I would have gone somewhere else. And its not like the store was that busy either. There was no one in line behind me. And the people working the line are always so rude, I have been coming here for so long hoping it would change, but it hasnt. Maybe another location would be better, but I wouldnt recommend the Gurnee one to my worst enemy.

This place is always packed and the staff rocks it out. I highly recommend the carnitas. They are tender and tasty. I use to get a Burrito all the time but have now moved into making the bowls. All of the salad makes me feel healthy. Chipotle uses all natural foods which is a step above all other fast food locations. This location is only Chipotle I know without alcohol. Gurnee would not allow them to sell it. They also create there own power with a giant wind catcher above the building. You cant go wrong with natural & locally sourced food in a green environment. Ive really grown to appreciate chipotle as a business.

Excellent service. My dad has a food allergy to milk so they all changed their gloves, wiped the counters, and even changed out the guacamole as the old one had cheese in it. Unfortunately, food was not great. Not fresh. Too much lime. Chips were SALTY. I love Chipotle. Ive been going on average once a week for the past year at other locations. Really need to up their food quality at this one. EDIT: Came back for lunch and food was great! 5 stars for good service and great food, but one off for inconsistency on food quality.

I go to this chipotle all the time and most of the time its great but today was horrible. One of the girls kept switching bowls around confusing herself with my and other customers orders, received less than half a spoon of steak, i was ignored when i asked for more steak and instead, was repeatedly asked by the last person if i wanted cheese and lettuce. Then the cashier was extremely pushy about getting me out of the line. Store was completely disorganized and geared towards getting orders thru rather than customer hospitality

Completely new staff not trained properly and very very slow... It took 15 minutes to get a chicken quasadilla because they burnt the first one from sitting in the back and made other customers before my order. The lady running the register had no clue what to ring and had to repeat myself multiple times, very poor service for a good company. Even the food was not prepared the same as it usually is in the area. Either hire better people or train them before throwing them on the floor... Never coming to this location again.

This seems to be a poorly run store compared to others, such as in Vernon Hills and Libertyville. During a rush, there are often only two people behind the counter filling orders, and one cashier. The line gets very long because it moves so slowly. The chicken and fajitas (grilled peppers and onions) are often overcooked and often burnt. Employees seem more interested in conversing with each other, rather than taking care of customers and food orders. Tables and floor are often dirty, along with the condiment stand.

Terrible terrible terrible!!! Worst service at a chipotle Ive had. Poorly made burritos, staff who dont understand or listen to customers. Lack of training! Change is needed here! Can i also mention that they allow solicitors to bother you while eating to sell you things. That is ridiculous. The last thing I want is someone spilling a pitch while I try to enjoy my burrito. Oh yeah i couldnt anyway, my burrito did not taste good; QDoba Mexican grill, is 10min away. Im going there from now on.

Ive been to chipotle restaurants from racine to vernon hills to Pennsylvania to California and this gurnee chipotle is by FAR and CONSISTENTLY the best (food and service) and Ive been going for years! I dont know how they do it, but I hope they keep it up. Ive had a few negative experiences, but nothing major and theyve always done their part to make up for it.

Went one evening to this location and though I cannot complain about the food quality I was absolutely i dont know what about the food quantity i literally got half a spoon of everything i ordered on my burrito bowl and in my mind im thinking Im not on a diet and no im not overweight at all or a super skinny person either im still like wtf

I went for lunch, the wait time was short, but when I took a bite of my burrito I had hair in it, not hair from a head , it was kinky hair like beard hair.. very nasty....... I will never eat there again...... I would not recommend this place to my enemy

I was pleased with the food and service but the bathroom is dirty and I had to change my daughters diaper in the cold car because they had no changing table, very weird to not have a changing table.

Good place for a hearty lunch. The line moves fairly quickly. The menu is very easy and just enough variety. Restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. Eat inside, outside, or carry out.

Food is great, just like any other Chipotle. Have to lose a star because parking lot is laid out horrible for this one. Very hard to find a spot and easily get in or out.

Employees are so rude. They made a big deal because I didnt want the steak at the bottom of the pan. The bathroom was trashed too, had to go next door to pee.
