Out of the 3 Chipotles that I frequent (here, Berwyn and Brickyard) this one is the most uneven in service and cleanliness and the most unpredictable. The high staff turnover is very obvious; the other two Chipotle have staff that I see on a regular basis for months, but not here. This is also the only Chipotle where Ive seen staff sitting, eating (presumably on break) while the line is at least 5 to 6 orders deep. Somehow this store needs to get better with predicting when they will have a rush, because it just seems they cant handle it. This is also the only store out of the three that had had overflowing garbage cans ( yes, two) a few months ago. I am pretty sure they solved that problem, but given staff changes, I am concerned it may happen again. GOOD POINTS: I have never had a problem with the food. Always delicious. And I can bring my crazy toddler here without issues. So on these points alone, we will still be stopping by.

This Chipotle mixed up my kids orders. We had ordered 2 kids meals of 2 corn tortillas, and a scoop of beans, chicken, and white rice each. My kids are gluten free due to an autoimmune disease we all have, so Chipotle is nice because they have an excellent menu for gluten free people. So we ordered, but a couple of women after us ordered two kids meal with wheat quesadillas. So, we grab our order, and they grab theirs, and we both go on our ways. When I get home, I open the bags and go to get water, when my little daughter says, "Haha, look! They gave me two rices!" I look over and she has a quesadilla with two scoops of rice, along with my son! Naturally, my mommy instincts kick in and Im calling the restaurant. But no one answers, all the phone says is to "enter my access number" so Im glad to know the employees of the Lake Street Chipotle care that my kids barf up their guts. >:(

I have lived 1 block away from a Chipotle for over two years and I love going there at least once a week. Soon I will be moving to another city and I find I will miss walking to the Oak Park Chipotle more then anything else. My wife has given up on me as a hopeless Chipotle fan. The food is very good but what makes the experience better is that the burrito is made fresh in front of you and you can customize it just the way you want. Want extra cheese or sour cream? No problem! You dont get charged extra. (extra meat costs more) The chips are salted well and combine it with the hot salsa and it makes a perfect meal.

Chipotle never fails to impress. If you havent heard of chipotle, let me let you in on all the buzz. Chipotle is a fast food mexican grill that allows customers to customize their own meals that span from burrtios, burrito bowls (burrito contents in a bowl without the tortilla, think of it as a salad), salads (burrito bowl with extra lettuce on the bottom of the bowl), tacos (both hard and softshell), quesadillas, and kids menu options. For the amount of food you are paying for, Id say this is the best bang for your buck chain out there.

I LOVE CHIPOTLE. But this is the worst Chipotle ever. Whoever is the manager here should be shot in the face. Part of the appeal of this restaurant is fast service and fresh food; however the food is never ready - people are always waiting for ingredients to be prepared, and the people behind the counter just stand around as the line gets longer. This is not your typical Chipotle, I wish Steve Ells knew how awful this franchise was being run.

Stood in line for over half an hour while I watched the kids having fun behind the counter . There were only 2 kids on the line, but 2 at the register doing nothing. I would rather drive to the Berwyn store than walk 3 blocks to stand in line here. It would serve the management of this store to hire some people with customer service skills. This was not the first time I have walked out of this location thoroughly annoyed.

I start by saying that a 5-star rating is for a place that goes above and beyond to serve and satisfy. Chipotle is consistently friendly, fast, fresh, delicious, satisfying, and clean. A very pleasant and reliable source for healthy and nutritional meals. They are also vegan friendly!

Same food/atmosphere/quality youve come to expect from Chipotle. Staff is friendly and the space is nice. Parking on the street can be challenging, but there are nearby lots that are inexpensive/free. If you order online, probably best to call ahead and make sure they received it.

Just visited last night. Was very busy. Excellent food. They lock the wash rooms to prevent vandalism. The burritos are huge and filling. The fountain drinks are very good. The radio was loud, considering there was a large crowd there.

Normal Chipotle ambiance; music was very loud and felt like in a bar. There were a bunch of rowdy teenagers that just had walked out of school so it seemed extra loud. Food is consistently good
