It was one of the worst restaurants that I have ever been to, I made reservations for a party of 19, and they were able to do one thing right! We were seated as soon as we arrived. When we were seated, we were asked if we wanted any salsa or guacamole, so gladly we said yes and ordered 3 guacamoles with everything. Once we got our guacamole, it was smash up avocado and very plain, so we just assumed that was just the way they made it there. We shortly noticed that the table across us ordered guacamole for a different lady and got everything (we didn’t complain seeing that we had already ate it all, but some of us had to add our salsa in to our smash up avocado mix just to make it taste good) we were asked if we wanted drinks in a timely manner, but we were never asked again how everything was going and if we needed anything else. We waited 2 hours after we were seated for our food and watched every employee pass us by without telling us what was going on with our food, so we waited patiently with empty glasses and still no food. Finally, I had to keep flagging down the waitress to ask for at least water and some more drinks as we were waiting for our food and asked what was taking our food so long to come out. So two hours later our order did come out fine everyone’s order was correct. As we finally finish our meal, we once again continue to wait just to get our bill. While waiting, some of us decided to use their restroom and it was so gross water all other the floor, overflowing toilet, and dirty toilet paper everywhere, to not go in to details, the bathroom had a sign asking to not throw toilet paper in to their toilets so you can only imagine. Then once again we continue to wait, 30 minutes after our table is fully cleaned off, some our party already walked away because they began to get tired of sitting. After so long, I had to ask an employee if I can please have our bill; finally, I get the bill and find items that should not be there, so I asked the waitress to please have them removed. She removed them with no questions asked. But as I get home and look over the bill, I notice something else was wrong, so I immediately call them and ask to talk to the manger and told him that I paid with a credit card and if they can please refund the extra item charge back to my card. He then told me “no, that I would have to return back to the restaurant to get a refund”. As I kindly explain that I do not live close by and could not return, if he could please do it over the phone since I live 45 minutes to an hour away. Again he told me “no that I would have to come in and that’s the only way I would get refunded. I then asked to speak to the owner or when they are next available so that I could speak to him/her directly; if not, could I have a number to best reach them. The manger told me No again because that’s what he is train for and he would not give me any inform on the owner and the only way is would have to go back up there to get my $8 refund. I’ve never had an experience like this before. People please BEWARE!!!

Pues a mi gusto. La comida estaba bien pero no rica. Pedidos una molcajeteada. Y enrealidad solo ponen carne azada en pequeños trocitos un pedacito de queso y dos nopalitos azados y un monton de cebolla y jitomate para llenar ese molcajete.. es decepcionante... ya que en pequeños restaurantes pides eso y biene mas carne y sin cebollo ni tomate abajo... page $18 dolares por un molcajete lleno de cebolla y jitomate?.. que restaurante tan pobre. Solo el nombre suena bien. Le pongo una estrella solo por que la señora que hace la salsa las hace muy ricas..

pues a mi me gusta la buena atencion haci como me gusta dar buena propina y en este lugar mmm....pera empezar el mesero no nos puso atencion y yo lo tenia q andar buscando cada q quieria algo, la comida pedi una molcageteada de mariscos y solo traia cuatro camarones bien duros y dos patitas de cangrejo 20$,nadie nos limpio la mesa hasta q ya nos ibamos , parecia q todos estaban haciendo su trabajo menos el tipo q me atendio por cierto no muy alto flaco y calvo si no hubiese sido por el mariachi y la señora de las salsita solo le doy una estrella

Everything is fine except the girl who writes down the names in front because you see we went and was very busy and write my name and was happening to other people who had arrived after us and were the same number of people then my mom and my aunt they raised and claimed that because he had first come to them and we had to go because we all get angry and did not want to wait any longer, because otra ves were wanted not to go because I knew that was going to happen the same as we recognized the girl and He made sure that our name was not on the list as possible yes I gave wing another girl my full name because my mom otra ves was angry and asked to speak to the manager but he never went to face. You can not be having a female employee working there if she should be nicer to customers wish the nomas run because she has preferences and we were the only people who are also angry. Now we can not go eat at all for ella

Solo voy en ocaciones importantes. El lugar y la ocaccion lo merece. En realidad no se sabe quién es tu mesero, por qué todos están al pedinte de tu mesa. No es el tipo de restaurant que buscas al mesero o nadie te hace caso desde la señora que prepara la salsa hasta el manager. Definitivamente regresaré cada vez que tenga una buena ocasión para celebrar! A sin quitarle crédito a mi mesero. Efrain el mejor!!

For the aperence of the resturant and the prices of the dishes, you would think the food and service would reflect it. Not at all. Our waiter didnt introduced himself just asked, "what do you want to drink." He never came by to see if we needed him. And when we would flag him down you could see hed get mad. I actually heard him swear in Spanish under his breath when another customer flagged him down. The food was whatever. We ordered a molcajetada de mariscos and parrillada. The shrimp were rubbery and hard. And most if the parrillada was vegetables. The mariscos were $20 and the parrillada was 35. Way over priced for the quality and quantity. The only reason Im giving it 2 stars is because the salsa lady who was very nice and made great salsa. Also, the mariachi played great. Either way, never wasting my money here again.

Horrible horrible horrible I went and we waited 2hrs. Then the service was really bad.. starting with the lady that makes the sauces she came after we started eating and didnt ask why kind we wanted then we asked for sea food parrillada and we got a tray of rice. With fried burn fish and couple of shrimps. We asked for langostinos the also gave us a tray of rice with like 6 I want to say shrimps cause thats got it looked like plus they were cold. I never got the martini I order. I think I was better off going to Chinese restaurant and get shrimp fried rice I swear. For us to get our ticket took like 30 minutes I put my jacket on to see if any one notice because I raise my hand a million times and the waiters just by pass me looking forward. Horrible.
