Been here a few times. There cooks need to learn to cook (grainy rice, overcooked meat, beans and fajita). Portions are skimped on EVERYTHING, and asking for more is frowned upon here. They are always out of veggies and when I asked for a double severing of the fajita they gave me 2 ounces of it and when I reiterated "double serving" they just stared at me and gave me literally one extra pepper slice and one extra onion slice. Is it really that hard to make fajitas? Get it together Shitpotle.

last 4 times i go to chipotle they have some issues ,they chasing last cube of beef in that pot and try to make me a bool with not even half a spoon of beef ,they put rise and lettuce inside for 5 buritos and they put 3 cubes of meat,they run out of meat at 3:30pm and they try to sell me something with chicken or carnitas,they have a lot of unexperienced kids working here

Im not a fan of this Chipotle at all. The service is clueless. Check your receipts. I get charged for extras every time I go and when I question them, I get looks like my dog gives me when hes wondering if Im leaving the house. Chipotle is overpriced as it is for buffet food. $43 can buy so much more at a real Mexican restaurant.

They only had white rice. Gave me hardly any rice, beans, meat, and cheese in my burrito bowl. Terrible chipotle. I guess I will drive to the park ridge location from now on. Oh but they do give you an insincere greeting as soon as you walk in even if they are making someone elses food.

I ordered a burrito bowl and after I paid for it and went to look for a fork, they were out of forks. I asked them for one and they told me that they have spoons. Completely idiotic. Maybe I can eat with hands too. That happened at 11:30 on 28-th of December.

Every time i order a burrito it taste weird;They load up on lettuce and sour cream with no meat or cheese. Other Chipotles have been known to to this but this Chipolte is over the top. The workers there are also seem very unpleased working there.

Have ordered from this location numerous times, never a problem, food is always delicious and fresh, service is great. If there is an issue they remedy without question. Its close to home and convenient for me. i suggest it!
