Ok guys I went the reviews on this place and expected a nice decent breakfast/lunch spot. That was not the case. First of the staff is great and the cook is extremely friendly. It does have that old school grill vibe but the food was horrible. I had the meatloaf and it was defiantly a mystery meat. It came with cold mash potatoes and everything was thrown in the microwave. Chili and Kids chicken tenders were just ok. Prices were high for the quality of food that was served. Not to mention flys everywhere. Its definitely a place for older locals as I noticed the two people in there were addressed by name. I went during lunch so I would hope breakfast might be better. Very disappointed in this place as I was willing to try this place based on the reviews.

I used to love this place. Way back when, it used to be a few blocks down Milwaukee at Elizabeth Ave on the corner. Now theyre in an old IHOP building. I really love the decor here and the cozy just like home feeling. They have good service here as some diners here are greeted on a first name basis. However, I gave them 3 stars because the last few times Ive gone the food was subpar. The most recent time I got sick from their egg white omelet. Im up in the air on whether Ill go back. But if you havent been here before I would check it out.

Been going here for a few years, it all depends on what time of day you come and what day of the week it is as to who the clientele are, but a very fifties restaurant the old-fashioned way, complete with Juke box, hat plays 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s songs, i didnt eat anything, i didnt like and the burgers are fresh never frozen and are of high quality, bon appetit!

The food has a very home style feel to it. The staff is extremely friendly and you feel welcomed and appreciated each and every time. Ziggy and Yetta (SO sorry if I spelled the name wrong!) know us by name. It has become our tradition for a weekend breakfast every week.

This is a really nice place to eat. The service is excellent and the service was friendly and family style... The prices were very reasonable comparing to some other places I have been around Niles area, and you cant beat the food...

Best burgers in the area, great breakfast options, and a comfortable, casual, home-y feel! Im pretty much a regular at this point and can vouch that this is definitely a go-to breakfast/lunch destination.
