Entered the restaurant to find a line that was more than 15 people waiting. First bad sign, secondly the restaurant is full of children workers posing as teenagers. No smiles......frowned faces and extremely long weave hair. Yet I ordered a 12 pc chicken only which they produced and came out very hot. Upon attempting to eat the 1st chicken breast I discovered that the chicken fat was not removed. Fried Chicken breast with chicken fat under the skin is AWFUL. So I will never attend this location again I would drive all the way to Rt. 53 if I ever develop the desire. This new restaurant needs a successful management team focused on the Chicken Frying process as well as effective customer service techniques. The only reason they will make money now is because they are new and the demand for GOOD FRIED CHICKEN is paramount. They will not last if someone else opens a chicken joint a block their name recognition will not suffice.

This chain is a hot mess & very unproffesional!!! I ordered 50 pieces on Monday for Sunday catering pick up time @2:30PM, arrived around 2:40PM. My order wasnt ready and was short 12 pieces requested parts, there were around 12 workers in that joint. The cashier was nice & the manager/whoever in orange shirt was very apologetic, half and hour after I arrived the order still wasnt ready. She said if I wanted that 12 pieces requested parts I would have to wait for another 15 mins more, I ended up leaving with 12 different parts. I was late for my 5 yrs old nieces party, it was embarrassing! I would never order catering from this chain if I were you, the one on Larkin was always on time!

Never get catering from here. Had issues twice. First time was New Years Eve and our order wasnt made. Had to wait for them to make it. Second time was just recently. Called on Wed. placed an order for 50 tenders pick on Saturday. Went to pick them up and they had no record of our order. Waited for them to make the 50 tenders and instead of tenders they gave us 50 pieces of chicken. Manager could care less about them messing up and never offered a discount or apology. Dont count on them for your party. Go to Larkin or Weber locations. Never had issues at those locations. So sad.

So I placed the order for tenders and got regular chicken, strike one, they didnt charge me right and didnt give me any biscuits for the 28 pieces of chicken I ordered, strike 2, and then as I was ordering the cashier said the didnt do 4 piece combos when it was literally on the menu behind her, strike 3, then when finally getting my bag after waiting in the heat of their place (strike 4), they asked if I wanted hot sauce or honey, I said no i wanted ranch and then they just scattered, is ranch hidden?(strike 5) so I just left at that point. 5 strikes, Im never going back.

This location is right by my job and this is now the second time that Ive pulled through the drive-through and they have either not had chicken cooked and ready and or like today they told me that they were not going to be open until 1030 because they were short staffed. If your doors state that you open at 10:00am thats the time you should be open. Being that I am someone that works for a business that serves customers regardless of being short staffed our doors open on time no matter what, this is highly displeasing get it together Popeyes!

I went in today after work i was tired the drive thru wasnt moving i went inside to order. the young women in there noticed i was tired made a remark about it.total came to 11 bucks i handed her a 20 i got some bills back so i didnt bother to count it until i was back home and checked the receipt she only gave me 6 bucks when she owed me 9 i was too tired to go back and demand my 3 measly dollars back so here i am writing a bad review...count your change before you leave this place

My friend and I stopped for lunch here today never again. We noticed the mold on the bottom of all of our biscuits. Needless to say we told the employees after tossing everything but the biscuits out to show them. We were told that the green mold came from the pan....dont come here. Green mold does not come from a pan and if it does then obviously they do not clean their pans. Stay far away!

Waited 47 min, in the drive thru, finally get to order. I get home, no biscuits, 16PC meal had 5 wings?!!! Last time they forgot my Cherry cheesecake pies, I paid for and didnt get! I call to tell them, NO ONE ANSWERS!! I wont be going there anymore. I rather make the trip to the one in Cresthill. They never mess up and arent cheap with the Hot sauce and Honey!

Service wasnt good slow the crew didnt communicate well with each other and it took to long for the manager to step in and gain control. They need to do a better job of being more professional and to keep up with the after work demand the wait was to long. Chicken was good tho after I FINALLY GOT IT. Thats why a gave it 1 star!

Really nice and clean, unlike other Popeyes Ive been too. The employees are really friendly, too. Only problem I have is that I can tell the chicken is cooked in the same fryer as the seafood, which is a health hazard. I also hate sea food so that was a problem, but otherwise the chicken and everything else was good.

Well let me get started.... The spicy chicken wasnt spicy the mash potatoes tasted like wet dog the macaroni had a soapy taste to it so the only good thing was the service and the biscuits but the cooks need to wear glove if I find out that I got food poisoning Im coming back with a vengeance #diarrhea

Horrible! Waited over an hour only to get tenders that were still RAW. Not to mention how bad their customer service ALWAYS is! I dont even think they deserve 1 star. This was the last time giving this location a try. Well continue going out of the way to the Larkin location.

Not a great customer service experience today , cashier didnt seem like she wanted to be there , nobody was in hurry to get customers their orders in a timely fashion, waaaaaay too many flies inside , just not an overall great experience today

I placed an order for dine in...the asst. Mgr threw my order in a box my fries were cold I was on my 30 min lunch so I figured this bad review will hurt more than asking for my money back with the bad service I received wont be back

Popeyes; great flavor for fried chicken, the prices are acceptable - but choose the time you visit wisely. It can take upwards of 20 minutes during peak hours, so you may want to visit before then.

It was a busy 4th of July and tons of people were there ordering large amounts of chicken, but they kept up with the customers and treated me with respect under their stressful situation.
