I handed the cashier a 20 dollar bill for my total of 8 something and only gave me a dollar and some change back. When I told her I gave her a 20 she side no it was a 10 I went back and forth until finally she gave me the correct change. Also I only got 1 ranch for my tender which was a 5 piece. The food is great but the service was horrible!

Its always something. Either the staff are in horrible moods...leading to bad customer service or they dont ask the simple questions that ensure your order is correct. Then make you feel like its your fault that they didnt ask. If it werent for the fact that I really love Popeyes chicken and this is the closest one I wouldnt be back.

The tongs used to pick up the chicken to put the chicken in the box was dropped on the floor. The young lady who was packing the food, looked around and thought no one saw her. She picked up the tongs and proceeded to place good in the to go boxes with those tongs. Absolutely terrible!

Ive been going to this location for several years, food is good but theyve gotten my order wrong about half the time, minor stuff like wrong sides, but still annoying. I keep going back, it is Popeyes after all, just check your order

Great chicken, I personally like it better than the Colonel. I believe the chicken is fresh and never frozen. Breading is the best taste ever
