If I could give this place no stars I would. The drive through lady who works there is very rude and unprofessional. Ive always had issues with this place but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt today, but nope. I order two cheese burgers, the came cold. Tell the rude drive though lady who takes them and microwaves them. So now theyre steaming hot, cant even hold them to eat. When I finally do eat it, its rubbery. I had enough and called corporate on them.

Start off with the cashier texting while taking the order and not paying attention to our order. Went to get the drinks and counter is a mess and no straws. Tried to sit down we found 1 clean table. Got our food and the toasted buns are cold. This is about a week after they remodeled this place and it is filthy not coming here again which is a shame because I love bk

I cant say much for a fast food restaurant. But this place has ok employees. One thing I hate the drive through, something about it makes me angry. Perhaps the most limited room for turning or whatever but other then that its just another fast food restaurant. Nothing more then a mediocre experience here

Horrible wait time in the drive thru!!!! No one answered or assisited, had to wait forever to try to order, finally I just drove off after someone tried to take an order. Huge line of cars behind. Horrible and unprofessional service. A true disgrace!! A dump!!!

They closed 40 minutes before they were supposed to! Drove 15 minutes to get food, got there at 11:20, and theyre not supposed to close until midnight...And they were closed!! Plus when we knocked on door they hid and ignored us!! Jerks!! Sucks!

Burger King has bad service the food was okay but the whole floor was covered and Pops spill and the tables were all covered and Pops spill wont wipe down bathrooms when nasty do not go to the one in Franklin Park
