I ordered two chicken sandwiches and two medium fries through the drive-thru. I was told to pull around because they were making my food. I waited for ten minutes before an employee came to my car and asked what my order was again because she saw I was waiting for awhile. I repeated my order to her and she went back inside. After another minute, I went inside and asked the manager to refund my money. They never made my food and I wasted a total of 15 minutes of my time. The manager never apologized (only the employee) for the inconvenience or tried to rectify the situation. I will not be going back to this burger king location. HORRIBLE customer service.

Unfortunately the same thing happens over again in these fast food places . I open up its great fresh warm food and good service. But then afterwordso they start hiring employees that dont care too much about their jobs they blast music at night the food is cold service is not good than you start to wonder should I eat this burger thats cold and who knows what happened to it ? Cause you see that the employees arent taken there job so seriously when they got music blasting in the back ground ! full that the food is cold and the service is not great

Great new location with a fresh new feel to the interior. 4/26 update: Been to this location a couple of times and seems like the cooks are too slow for a fast food place. Today there where about 6 people waiting for a while with all small orders. Each time there manager was there also and and cant seem to get them to go faster. Timed it from ticket time till I got my food and took 8 mins with overcooked fries

waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for fresh onion rings and they came out warm. 1/4 pound cheese burger ketchup only was ordered and I received it with everything. when I took my bag back in and asked what was i waiting for if onion rings wasnt fresh and the manager responded "We are short staffed as you can see and Im only one person" as she walked away from me. awful service and food!

We placed our order and were asked to pull around. They came out to the car and tried to give us the wrong order. We told them we had a burger and a salad which seemed to be a problem 25 minutes later we got a snarky employee come out and say here you go. WORST drive-thru/service ever. Hire some new employees who actually care.

Drive thru had not been working for 2 days..had to go in ..in a hurry...team member was rude when I got in there ...ppl looked frustrated...while waiting... person who took my order was...rude a guy....they didnt seem to have a sense of urgency... the food was "Luke warm" for my 7 year old..might not go back...

Drive thru took over 10 minutes for a large sprite....it was empty inside so they werent even busy.
