Food is great. Its chipotle. The things that differentiate it from the rest are the quick service, nicely following requests for extra ingredients, and keeping everything fresh and not stale. Love the burrito bowls there. Usually I get brown rice, double chicken, veggies, black beans, hot / mild salsa, sour cream, cheese, guac and lettuce. Nutritious, tasty, and at an affordable value. Whats not to like?

One of the best Chipotle restaurant Ive been to. Very friendly staff, who serve you with speed, accuracy, and are definitely not stingy when asked for extra. Dont live in McHenry but its lways my number one choice to eat when Im in the area. Definitely recommend this place and will continue to come back as much as I can.

One of the worst Chipotles I have been in. The food is fine however the staff never seems to be trained well. And the music they play at this location is not only obnoxious but WAY TO LOUD! Having music is great but I dont want to yell over the music during lunch. Ridiculous!!

Love Chipotle! This is my local location and Ive never had bad service here. There are times the line has been very long, but they work the line efficiently and in a friendly manner. And of course the food is awesome!

Food wasnt fresh from grill, had a weird taste, wasnt very appetizing. Im sticking with La Rosita (Now named La Huerta5), everythings much fresher, yummier, and cheaper.
