I write this from my phone while sitting on the toilet. I ate here 2 hours ago and cannot stop pooping. I got a streak bowl since, for some reason, the geniuses in the kitchen did not cook enough chicken and they ran out. There was a long line of people waiting for chicken from the kitchen and I figured I would just get steak rather than wait. The jokes on me! Now I am suffering from some pretty violent sprays and my bathroom sounded like a scene from dumb and dumber where harry dominated the bathroom with his laxative fueled explosion of painful diarrhea. Chipotle steak (and I say steak because I normally order chicken and have never had a problem) has caused a dark, thick river of hate to come out of me that Vigo the Carpathian would be proud of. No janitor and no toilet deserves what it happening in here. 4 stars because the food was good and service was fast

This has got to be the worst Chipotle I have ever been to in the Chicagoland area. The people who work there are clueless. Their portions are inconsistent, they are very slow - so slow where your food gets cold before you even pay for it. The workers are more interested in having fun with each other then preparing your food. Its obvious they hired a bunch of kids who dont care. The food has tasted TERRIBLE a few times Ive gone there. Im so disappointed because I love Chipotle so much. My boyfriend and I have been there many times because it is the closest Chipotle in the area to our home but I may never go there again. POOR Management. Not worth your money, go to a different Chipotle.

If youre going to order online, order it from another Chipotle. Ordered in 2 hours prior to picking it up & they still didnt have my food. I make sure I order it hours ahead so I can eat right away since Im on my 30 minute lunch. This time it took them 15 minutes to realize they didnt have my order made. They told me they would make my order but I didnt have time to wait any longer since I had to be back for work. I asked for a refund & got my money back. Never coming here again.

Great place for non-traditional, healthier fast food. Portions are large and you help build your meal with each ingredient in the line. This location can be very busy at prime hours around noon and 6-7pm. The only issue I have with this location in particular is that they keep the inside air temperature a little too cold for my taste. I have also noticed several people put on their jackets or sweatshirts while dining in.

Visited this chipotle location recently, and was massively disappointed. The servers seemed to have no idea what was going on, they were completely out of everything. The serving I received after paying the extra charge for double meat wouldnt even feed a child. Multiple items were under cooked and suspect. I didnt even finish my meal. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location!

I come here once or twice a month for 3 years now, and the amount of food they serve seems like becoming less and less each visit. I just went there tonight (12/12/16), the amount of food they served me was like a size of a kids meal and the line took longer than it should and they werent even busy. The $7 price tag for a carnitas is no longer justified.

With your high prices and stingy on the meat, maybe you can afford to put in a drop ceiling so your employees dont go deaf... ? That was the smallest $7 burrito that Ive ever paid for !!!!! Gotta stick to the real Mexican restaurants . No wonder why its so loud in there, but then again, that would make sense. and would require common sense.

Youve seen one, youve seen them all. All Chipotles are pretty much the same in my book. This one is no exception. Good food, fast service. It was espeically slow when I was in, normally the line is about 15 people deep. But today I was 3rd. :)

The service and food is very standard from location to location. The South Elgin location is kept clean, the food is fresh and served in a nice generous consistency. They smile and served with a hope you truly enjoy the visit.

We bought 3 borrito bawls with stake. It was the worst stake - chewey, hard, dry. Almost choked. We called and let them know, the response we got "oh well, sorry". Whats happening with our favorite take out!?

I love chipotle.. But this location isnt consistent. Sometimes the rice is watery, sometimes undercooked. Sometimes meat/rice is over seasoned or under seasoned. Where the quality and procedures management?
