Ive experience better and this location sucks. The employees seem to hate their job and they put a lil bit of this and that in my bowel compare to other places. Other places put a great amount in my bowel for the price to be very reasonable. I felt like I really got ripped off and my bowel should of cost half the price. I mean it was half way full and didnt want to say "Extra" or I would be getting more ripped off for them adding extra charges! These other people seems to have good reviews but I really dont want to pull the race card out on this places though....They seem to favor whites in my view and Im not speaking or saying this to be ignorant but really! I rather just stick to the original Chipolte that I go to which is in Orland Park and whenever I drive out there thats where Ima just get my burrito bowel from and now on.

Having heard so much praise for Chipotle, I was dissapointed after my first visit there. The quantity of the food is quite nice for the price but its mostly just beans and rice in the burritos. The food tasted okay, however the next day I felt rather sick. It took me three visits to realize that that was not a one time occurrence. That being said, I know people who have never complained about feeling ill so it might just be me. As for the building, it us usually not too crowded and seems pretty clean but the music can become annoying if you stay there too long.

One big recommendation: teach your servers to not scoop down to the bottom of the rice container. Theres a TON of salty liquid that pools at the bottom and makes whatever that rice is put on nearly inedible. Not a nice surprise to find out at home when you take it to go. So yea, maybe have them pour out that excess salty brine in the rice container or avoid it and toss that stuff out. No one wants to eat that, especially if its near the end of the container.

Usually very good, but lately myself and a few co-workers that frequent this Chipotle have experienced stomach pains and sourness a few hours after eating there. We are thinking it may be the black and pinto beans. I dont have any trouble at other Chipotle establishments, just this one. Not sure what may be going on. Going to take a break from this one for a while. Be weary if you go.....

Just visited the Crystal Lake location... it was a friend of mines first time eating at Chipotle. I let the cashier know "Its her first time" and they bought her lunch!! I had no idea that would be what they do, I thought they would just give her some extra TLC customer service. Such a nice surprise! Great job Chipotle.

This specific location put the rest to shame. As a Chiptole fanatic, i have been to all the locations in the NW suburbs, and the Crystal lake location is the cleanest, fastest, and is clearly managed the best. If you have a choice, skip Algonquin and McHenry and head to the Crystal Lake location.

Great food and staff. We have only been in a few times but at every visit a staff member has gone out of their way to be extra friendly or helpful. Friendly and clean atmosphere and generous portions I highly recommend the Crystal Lake Chipotles.

Super great services. Lines long but move super fast the food is up to par. The beans and rice super fresh. The seating area is super big but not loud go place to go with a date outside seating also .

I LOVE Chipotle, I usually get two meals out of a burrito bowl, and its less than $10. The only bad thing is the last few times we have ordered (at work), the chips have been stale :(
