Service wsnt very great. One employee was making a quesadilla and kept using the press grill in the front line that was holding up our wait. She kept having to take it out and put it back in. Wasnt very polite about it to her other co worker. The biggest problem my group had was the food itself. The chicken tasted like nothing. As though they forgot to add the spice. Literally the entire point of choosing chipotle. The "fresh" produce looked so gross. Tomatos and corn were soggy. Lettuce and guacamole was BROWN. While eating my friends and I all agreed this didnt even taste like chipotle. I cannot believe they switched out the guacamole and put out an entire tub of brown guac. Maybe newer employees who need training on how to properly prepare and store the food? Would not recommend this location.

Terrible service! I ordered ONE item. A fajita burrito. It took me three times of saying it before she even tried to reach for anything. Then she had the shell in her hand and asked again what I wanted. I said the barbacoa fajita burrito with white rice. She put the rice in and passed it down the line. I asked the next girl to put peppers and onions on it. Then she asked what else I said the red tomatillo sauce. She then put some kind of weird tomato mix on it. They dont listen at all. Im not a quiet person. Glad I never have to come back to this location.

This is a great branch, but it so busy around 5 p.m. The only complaint I have about this location is that the portions vary way too much. Sometimes, I get huge burritos and other times, I get a small tiny burrito. Sometimes, extra chicken bowls look like regular portion bowls. I know human workers are not perfect, but this is a reason I do not eat at Chipotle at least once a week anymore. I have slowed down to almost once a month. Otherwise, this is a very clean, nice and cool place.

Its ALWAYS busy here. I guess maybe because theyre at the end of a strip mall. But the food is always consistent. I tried the chorizo burrito. It was just ok. I would not get it again. Their pork and chicken is far better. With so many people, seating can sometimes be scarce, and although its typically clean, on the last day we visited, they were obviously understaffed, and did not have time to clean the tables. Not their best day, but usually fine.

I have to admit that Ive been to this location about a dozen times over the last couple of months. But every time I have been there the employees are so rude. Im usually a very polite person so for them to be so rude I just dont understand. Anyways the food is always awesome. Ive never once had their food taste bad or something be wrong with it. If you havent tried Chipotle I definitely recommend it but be prepared to deal with some rude employees!

This place has gone downhill. Always has a long line with very slow workers. Their prep area is never wiped down either and I frequently get unwanted toppings on my burrito shell because of it. Tables are NEVER clean, restroom is revolting, and the women working here never properly detain their hair. This place gives chipotle a reputation that they live up to. Disgusting.

Went during dinner on a Friday night - line was out the door for at least an hour. Staff did an excellent job at keeping the line moving while making sure everyone was served correctly - make sure you know your order (and how to order) in advance! A longer wait if you want chips. Bathrooms were not well attended during the dinner rush. Would stop in again.

Best quick food in the area. Have not gotten E coli here. Will agree with other reviewers that sometimes service can be subpar (subtracted star). Overall staff is great. Best item is Barbacoa. Sofritas (their tofu) has been a hot with my vegetarian friends. Another tip is that you can get double beans or rice for free.

Portion size seems have recently went down . My wife thought I brought 2 hot dogs home when I took them out and set on the table in their silver wrapping . They used to be a handful ! Now is maybe 25 percent smaller . Flavor is still solid but I remember getting full from a chip burrito what happened.

They need to be educated on their gluten free procedure. Proceed with caution and make sure you spell out exactly what you need. The cashier was awesome in fixing the issue. The food prepper was rude and made fun of me.

Excellent quick lunch spot. Unless theyre busy... Then its not so quick. Great food though. Never a worry of getting sick from food. The outdoor seating area is really nice during the nicer months. Clean atmosphere.
